La Patrona Grill & Cantina — Restaurant in Methuen

I have been a good costumer of this place since I went the first time but its has been a couple of occasions where I have been served not too good. After the first bad experience I thought to myself maybe they were just having a bad day so I didn't give it much thought but the second time I was there with the family it was not good. It was not busy and they took a long time to ask what we wanted to drink and for them to come to the table. The third time which occurred a two days ago I was calling and calling to order take out but nobody was picking up so i decided to stop by. I went in and there was only one table busy so i stood by the front for 5 minutes before someone came out from the kitchen which was the manager and saw me and didn't say a word to see if i needed anything. The another girl came out and didnt say anything either until I told her i wanted to order something go. The issue is not that i waited but it was that after i was there three people came in behind me and the manager greeted them with such enthusiasm and sat them down. I think they need to work on costumer...

I ordered pickup from El Patron last week, the hostess took my order down incorrectly and gave me the wrong order. Instead of apologizing and correcting the order I had to argue for 10 minutes just so they could re-make my order for pickup. I live two cities away and informed them I’d pick up my order at a later date. Fast forward to a week later and I went to pickup THE EXACT SAME ORDER from last week and the ARGUING starts again, this time they insist I got the order wrong AGAIN. I had to drive back to show them the order so they could THEN remake it. All around the worst customer service experience I’ve had and at no point was a refund offered. I have been a loyal customer and will not be going back to El Patron.

Tl;dr El patron messed up my order twice, had me verify by driving back with the incorrect order, gave me attitude the entire process and did not offer a refund for the orders they got incorrect...

I had an amazing experience under the umbrella the day started of gloomy but when I get a margarita. And sit back and Jessica asked me what I wanted to eat the shine seeped thru . The seating was nice but I’m a little on the big size just feel like different seats would be nice but my friends and family I was with enjoyed their time and scenary the flowers were a nice touch. When it came to the tacos . Top 5 close to 2 I never had a zest like that in my taste buds . It was a mix of healthy organic food with a spice that brought u up like a rollercoaster and at the end was a splash of sweet passion fruits . The red meat was unpresidented on my taste buds and the blended array of taste made me want to enhance my life even further thank you for the food and drinks and Jessica was very good to us we tipped her over the percentage and will be recommending and be back their ....
