Heav'nly Donuts — Restaurant in Methuen

HORRIBLE customer service.. We got 2 coffees that tasted old, no milk added, and extremely watered down from the Windham NH location. We were driving down to the Cape so could not turn around by the time we took a sip and realized how terrible it was. We went to the next location (Pelham St. Methuen) to either get new ones or just make the ones we had better, minimally. The lady up front, who looked like she hated her life and the fact that she even had talk to people, said she couldn't do anything. The way she worded it was pretty much "Not our store, Not our problem." Even the guy next to me in line looked at her appalled because of her attitude towards me. I have never had a problem or dealt with such a horrendous attitude like this and have gone to heavenly donuts for over 15 years. It was bad enough customer service, on top of gross coffee, that we won't be visiting those two...

This company puts its competitors (I.E. Dunks, Honey Dew, etc) to shame. Superior quality, service, order accuracy and staff. With their prices being very competitive in comparison.

Move over Dunks, because this is the quintessential ‘blue collar’ donut shop.

A word of advice however…do yourself a favor and ONLY use their full size locations. I’ve used a handful of their smaller stores that are attached/inside gas stations. I have no idea what the deal is with these places…but they’re absolutely horrible and nothing like their full sized counterparts. Though it seems like most of these places have been converted to Wicked Donuts. Which has the exact same subpar quality, service, selection,...

I am a huge fan of Heav'nly, especially Dracut which is usually outstanding in my opinion...North Reading also. I cannot say the same about the Methuen location. Went thru their drivethru today and with only 2 cars in front of us we waited an eternity...when we finally got to the speaker we waited again...my husband having to say "hello, is anyone there?" ... all we got was 2 medium iced coffees one regular and one with cream and 3 Splenda's which they got wrong. The coffee was so burnt it actually tasted like someone put cigarette ashes in it. Very disappointing. When we were pulling away, a very angry looking lady was going back in with 2 coffees so we weren't the only ones...
