Lucky Garden — Restaurant in Methuen

I have mixed feelings about the place we ordered tonight for new years eve and we placed our order price was good and food came surprisingly quick for a busy night but the delivery driver wouldnt come upstairs to my front door whatever i let it go we started eating food tasted very good my son bit into a chicken finger and pulled out some type of hair or string I'm not exactly sure what it was but I called the place and made it clear I wasn't trying to get free food or any kind of refund I just wanted to make them aware of what happened and that I saved the string that way they could see it and try to figure out where it came from the man that answered the phone was very nice apologized and told me he would send a new order of chicken fingers we went back and forth and I finally gave in and told him he could send me a new one when the new fingers came the delivery driver called me and told me to be outside I have 8 children one needed me right before I went downstairs i hear someone just laying on their horn I realized it was the delivery driver so I ran out and the guy couldn't even get out of the car to deliver the food he rolled down his passenger side window and had me walk over to his car I took the food and when he realized I didn't tip him he got mad and sped off so the place it's self is great they definitely can afford better delivery drivers i understand it's new years eve and Chinese is very busy but you can't expect me to come to your car while you sit in the driver's seat and then expect...

If i can give it 0 i would i been a loyal costumer since a kid but now after the years is has turned very crappy bad service bad food bad delivery the place looks dirty the old lady at the counter is a mean B** delivery guy comes 2 hours later gets mad and ask why didnt you tip him 😂 i have had to go to the store and pick it up because delivery takes so long they lost a costumer while back but my wife still wants to go there until today old mean lady always being rude they lost another costumer that was buying once or twice every week....if you ever go there look good theres a wasang van there alot i think they own it now but dont want to change the name because...

I called tonight for a delivery she said it would be 35 to 40 mins , I waited a hour and a half for my food. Then the delivery driver didn’t even get out of his car he blared on his horn till we came out.I had no shoes on so I had to run in and grab shoes then I go to his car to get my delivery and he goes “ no tip” I said are you serious your a delivery driver and you didn’t even come to my door and bring me the food you made me come get it from you. 1. If you’re delivering food you should be coming to my door. 2. It’s midnight and you’re blaring your horn . 3 .
