This Market Basket is a large sized grocery store with a vast selection of items. The service is always friendly and efficient.

It's located in a shopping plaza that has A Dollar Tree Store, a Liquor Store, a Discount Clothing/Homeware Store, Rite Aid Pharmacy, and a Pizza Hut, all in a row. At the edge of the plaza there's a Dunkin Doughnuts, a McDonald's, a Chinese Restaurant, a UPS Store, and a Santander Bank. Across a side street there's a Gas Station, THE SAVINGS BANK, a Laundromat, and a Car Wash.

The store has a million employees yet the lines are always crazy. You can't make it down the aisle without tripping over 2 or 3 employees and I can't fathom why the store doesn't cross train to help out with the lines and if they are cross trained, why they aren't called to help ring and bag. It bothers me that the check out lines that are closed are blocked by upside down carriages and end cap displays so when you come into the store from the single door, even if you need something right there, you have to walk all the way around. Extremely poor customer service with ancient system. I bought once a gift card there and they missed to activate it. After sometime the person I gave the gift card complained from not being able to use the card. When I went their to the customer service they were not able to activate the card for me although it was there fault. They couldn't help me unless I have the receipt of purchase. I remember that this was the case with other stores years and years ago. But with today's technology customer support in anyplace is able to help you by just swiping your credit/debit card.
