McDonald's — Restaurant in Methuen

They might as well not have a drive thru. Up until a few months ago, they ALWAYS have me pull up and wait for them to bring my order out - which takes forever. This happened 99% of the time no matter what i ordered. i order straight off the menu with no changes, and they are usually just burgers or breakfast sandwiches. I complained to the owner who assured me things would be different...so i gave it another try. Today, i used the app to help speed things along. Didn't matter. I ordered a quarter pounder and 2 double cheeseburgers. Thats was it, and i was still asked to pull up and wait for them to bring it out to me. The manager explained to me that because they cook quarter pounders to order, it always takes some time. I told her that seems unnecessary and if they are always going to do that when someone orders a quarter pounder via the drive thru - they should post a notice of this so we can change our order, if we are in a hurry, or order inside. Makes no sense. The manager also told me that this was the best franchise out of 20 that the owner owned. I said it may do well with sales, but terrible with service. Losing customers like me certainly can't help their bottom line. This is the only McDonalds that this happens, but unfortunately, the one...

This McDonald’s is right down the road from me so when I get home late or the hubby gets home late I can run down. I’m severely allergic to tomatoes and ketchup anything tomatoes I’m allergic to and I let them know this before hand . I got two crispy chicken sandwich NO TOMATOES, I got 4 double cheese burgers NO KETCHUP and two mcchicken no tomatoes no ketchup I asked for them to change their glove so tell me how my chicken sandwich had tomato my mcchicken had ketchup and my cheese burgers had ketchup on them. Like this is an every time thing every single time I come here I deal with this. I’d hate to involve corporate but you can only mess up so many times . I took pictures as well juat to show the proof. So, I went to Macdonald’s drive thru this morning. I was asked to go to the second window once I placed my order. I asked, if I can get two extra hash browns. The girl at the window was very nice but she went asked her manager, Luz if she can add to extra hash browns to my order. The manager Luz said straight up no without any explanation and never came to the window to speak to me. The girl said to me politely, “no, I’m so sorry we can’t.”I got so upset because I haven’t paid for my food, they could of just add my two hash browns to my order and asked me to park but no I end up turning back around cause I wanted my two hash brown but I was never asked to turn around or park, no explanation what’s so ever just...
