Subway — Restaurant in Methuen

I go to this subway pretty often. Yesterday I went and bought a footling and a bottle of coke with a cup of ice to go with it. I used the cup of ice all night once I got home. I kept the ice and just kept refilling my cup. By the morning the ice was melted of course and I went to throw the cup away and realized there is a rusty metal piece in the bottom of my cup that must’ve fell in from the ice machine at this subway. I’m highly upset. I expected a cup of ice, I would’ve held off if I knew I’d be getting a rusty metal...

I went today 9/23 a round 12 pm with a pick up order I did online. The two idiots in the store said they didn’t received any order in the store. I showed them the app and showed them the time and the location. The girl who was there agree and says that she sees it and that it happens all the time; where the order stays “in the air” and i said okay but it was charged to my account so it went through. Can you make the sandwich? She said she couldn’t because they didn’t received it. So subway is just out there stealing...

Two of the staff members are extremely rude, they have very toxic energy sunny and Loji. These two are the most despicable kind of human beings i have met in the food business and that is saying a lot. The other short lady is nice and very conscious of the way she speaks to people, but not those other two sorry excuses of human beings. Please stop giving Indians as well as immigrants a bad name.
