Dos Arcos — Restaurant in Mexico

They gave me cold food and when I tried to complain about it , and trying to be respectful about it too, he decided to blame me and tell me I shouldn’t have ordered it then because the guacamole and tomatoes make it cold and went to microwave it instead of just making a new one and microwaved it for long enough that it had burnt my food by the time I got it. I have ordered the burrito pancho in many other Mexican restaurants and it was not cold at all. I had literally stuck my finger in the middle and it was cold. And our server didn’t even come to our table barely to check on us or to fill our drinks. Probably won’t be back now because of this. As well as making me seem like the bad guy to his coworkers for sending cold food back that is not supposed to be cold. I also saw other tables having to send food back because theirs was cold too. I understand that it was Mother’s Day and that they were busy but there was no reason to try and argue with me when Im trying to be respectful about it. The first thing I noticed was how cramped this restaurant is. It wasn't really an issue with me and it didn't appear to be an issue with all the customers that filled their dining room either, but it could be updated.

This restaurant is fast paced and the staff are constantly moving to make sure their customers have everything they need. Their food is delicious, but they are a bit stingy on the queso cheese they add to their entrees. I can add queso and it would still be a great deal because their prices are very reasonable.

We got there around 6 p.m after deciding to go there due to it being a 4 star rating, well we got our chips and salsa and sat for over an hour, the table next to us even leaned over and asked how long we had been there because their food hadnt came yet either and they were there BEOFRE US. So when we asked where our food was the waiter replied "I don't know" we FINALLY left at 7:30 due to us finishing our alcohol almost an hour prior and still no food.

(Also my kids ordered a hotdog and fries.... A F**KING HOTDOG...
