Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mexico

Avoid this pizza hut at all cost, unless you are only ordering pepperoni pizza, with no special crust; they make that quite well, even when you don't order it! Out of the last 4 times I went, 3 times they messed order up. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but the last time will be the last time I go. If you are going to order, make sure to check pizzas accuracy before leaving as it will likely be messed up; each time I went was evening, so absolutely ignore that time if you are going to risk it! First time I ordered a meat lovers, and when I got home it was only a pepperoni pizza, which is most certainly not meat lovers and I could have spent significantlyless as 1 topping pizzas always have specials going on. 2nd mess up, I ordered meat lovers, and while I got that, I also ordered stuffed crust, and guess what, It most certainly was not stuffed! The final mess up, I got a meat lovers and hawaiian with stuffed crust on both, and ended up with pan pizza crust. Not sure what is so hard about following directions, but since each time you ask for a tip and I always tip, I am done tipping...

I ordered DELIVERY. When my order arrived at my home the order did NOT contain any salad dressing for my salad. I ordered online and selected low-calorie Italian dressing which was one of the salad dressing choices listed as being available on the Pizza Hut Web Site. When I called Pizza Hut to notify them that they did NOT include ANY salad dressing for my salad, I was told that they did not offer low-calorie Italian dressing despite it being listed as available on their menu on their web site! No one called ME to notify me of this to allow me to select a substitute dressing choice even though DELIVERY orders require giving a contact phone number! Finally my delivery driver had to make a second trip to my home to deliver a different salad dressing choice. When I asked the driver about this he told me that mistakes like this happen ALL THE TIME due to negligence of the young people who put the order together at the Mexico, MO Pizza Hut! No wonder that Pizza Hut has RAISED THEIR PRICES AND RAISED THE MINIMUM DOLLAR AMOUNT FOR A QUALIFIED...

They always get something wrong on the order, can't fully complain about that because they gave us 5off next time. Was really salty this time. Have you ever eaten the top part of a banana pepper, the stem? Ruins the point of enjoying pizza.they need to stop being lazy and throw out the parts of veggies we're not supposed to eat, I'm not a damn goat. Tried them again 7/6/18(forgot my last experience)ordered online,requested sauce dipping cups i guess they thought that meant no sauce on the pizza because i got dry flappy pizza. Well, tried again 7/10/18.That's just how they make their pizza. Dried olives/pineapple, LIGHT sauce, light bread, cheese isn't stringy &not attached to other slices, by the next day, pizza is a dried out tortilla de harina.
