UPDATE** I believe it says a lot about a restaurant owner when they make the effort to take care of their customers. Chef Pancho invited us back to help us have a better experience and IT WAS INCREDIBLE!!! The food was so delicious, I ordered the carnival tacos and birria tacos. ROSA was excellent with the service. Absolutely kind and attentive and its things like this that will make us want to go back. Safe so safe my team found a new lunch spot. Definitely recommend going. At this point I believe last visit was a fluke because based on other reviews I've read no one else has had an experience like that. 10/10!!!!

ORIGINAL POST: I cannot stress enough how HORRIBLE this experience was!! We went out for an office lunch and it was just one thing after the other. I will make it into bullet points to be able to capture it all. She completely forgot to take order of 2 of our guys. We were 9 so we understood at first so we reminded her TWICE. Still didnt come even though we made eye contact. I had to get up and get her to come take their order. On the first order, we clearly stated that it would be individual, separate checks, we each pay out own. She acknowledged said ok, we confirmed and once we asked for the checks she says we didnt tell her anything that we should have said at the beginning and that she made the checks all together so essentially attacking us when she just FORGOT! 2 of our guys ordered El Diablo from the Menu..... you know the maroon looking drink... well it came to the table looking like curdled milk! When we told waitress this does not look like the menu at all, her answer was its not supposed to, look it up on Google is has cream in it. Spoiler alert: It does not Guy ordered chicken quasadilla, they brought out steak. He said this is not chicken, the answer was.... our chicken looks like that. Again spoiler alert: it was in fact steak. I get my check and thankfully I look over it and I see that that the not at all tasty drink I ordered that the non day or time specified menu said was $7, was being charged as $12. I tell her and her answer was.... its a special day price. GIRL NO, I showed her the menu and said OK tell me where it says that. She rolled her eyes and made an annoyed gesture and said fine ill go to the back.

What an experience I never want to relive. Please save yourself the time and hassle. The food was OK, the drinks were awful and the service...

3 out of 4 tacos are good. I’m not sure what happened with that last little guy. He arrived completely empty. Not good.

UPDATE Response to the owner: Hi there — I just wanted to clarify what happened with my order. My hungry teenager was the one eating the food, and she didn’t mention anything until I went to grab a bite myself and saw that one of the tacos was completely empty — just a tortilla with crumbs, like someone was about to fill it but ran out. Even while I was taking this photo, she was rushing me so she could eat the rest — that’s how hungry she was!

I’m busy, and honestly, I wouldn’t take the time to leave a review if this hadn’t happened. This most definitely happened, but I’m not asking for a refund or anything like that. The three tacos we did get were delicious, and I just wanted to share what actually happened so you’re aware.

We were there on opening week and we go there often because we really do enjoy your food. That’s why this stood out to me.

At the end of the day, we paid for four tacos and got three tacos and one dirty tortilla. Mistakes happen, I get that — just wanted to be honest about our experience.
