Told the lady 3 times what I wanted. Even gave a tip at purchase. 30 minutes later hands me something I didn't order. Then tells me that it will be another 20 minutes. Totally unacceptable. I slide the timer across the counter. Tells security I throw it at her. Lier. Tells this person "that also needs to be fired " Dallas supervisor security bunch of lie's. Dallas needs a new job mopping the casino restrooms. He has No clue about his job either. I will notify corruption. I also had witnesses video it even through video not allowed. You sir are a push over that is causing a lot of business to this resort. I'm surprised you' know how to put on a suit. Cause you sure don't know how to...
