Hands down, one of the most incredible soul food spots in NWI! I am absolutely bursting with happiness! We kicked things off with the mouthwatering Mac-Yams Rolls and some crispy fried green tomatoes (my all-time favorite that are so rare to find!). For the main event, we dove into the catfish and fried chicken dinner, and let me tell you, every bite took me back to Grandma's Sunday dinners! The portions? Totally overflowing! And don’t even get me started on the cucumber lemonade—it’s utterly addictive! We capped off our feast with a heavenly slice of fresh-baked sweet potato pie! This right here is an absolute gem! From the moment that we walked in, we were greeted with some of the best service, atmosphere, and home cooking around. The service was phenomenal. They make you feel welcome and taken care of from start to finish. They're attentive and accommodating. The food was out of this world. The Mac rolls were a sort of sweet and savory concoction that make your taste buds sing! Something about an eggroll filled with Mac and cheese then covered in sweet saucy yams just works. Food here was absolutely fantastic! The catfish was perfectly flavored, light and not greasy. The ribs were tender and the meat fell off the bone and the greens, mac n cheese, casserole did not disappoint. Even the pizza was well priced and satisfied the delicate palette of an 11 year old child.

Plenty of smiles, friendly and this is flavorful food with a purpose of connecting with their community and has been for many years.
