We had the pleasure of dining at Hardee's in Dauphin, PA, and we can't say enough great things about our experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the delightful aroma of freshly cooked food.

The burgers were nothing short of amazing—juicy and packed with flavor, each bite was a sheer delight. The bacon was perfectly crispy full of maple flavor, adding just the right amount of savory goodness. And let's talk about the milkshake! It was creamy and delicious, making it a perfect complement to our meal.

But the real standout of the evening was the fries. They absolutely stole the show! Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, they were the best fries We 've had in a long time.

What truly made our visit memorable, however, was Nicholas, our order taker. His customer service was outstanding! He was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience, which left a lasting impression—especially on my teenage son, coming out the restaurant he said more ppl need to be like him ma. It's not often you encounter such genuine service, and it made our meal all the more enjoyable.

Nicholas, you and your crew did an excellent job this evening, these Canadians enjoyed it! We will definitely be recommending this Hardee's to everyone we know. Way to put it on the map, Nicholas!

On 8/9 around 9:30pm I was traveling through the area with my husband and my newly acquired dog. My dog had bad anxiety causing her to over heat and my husband and i were hungry so we stopped at Hardee’s being the closest to us and I have to say the gentleman that were working were amazing. They gave me a bowl for water and didn’t mind me coming in and out to get cold water to cool my dog down. At one point I went in to get my food and it was now closer to 10pm and there was a female customer who was being in my opinion rude to the manager on duty. He was very polite and tried to explain that he couldn’t do something because of cross contamination and she at one point made the comment I’ll say something to your boss because she comes into my store all the time. Mind you the gentleman was being as helpful as possible, she was just being difficult. Anyways I want to give flowers to the men that were working and thank them for helping me out with my dog she is doing great and the food was really good. I had the Swiss mushroom burger, not sure what kind of burger my husband had but it had lettuce and tomato on it And he got apple turnovers and he said those were the best apple turnovers he ever had. Stopped here On my way home from work on Sunday 05/19/2024 between 9pm and 11pm , figured I’d get the whole family sandwiches. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 3 different beef sandwiches. We have all had stomach viruses since that night into the next morning up until this morning we’re feeling a little better. That is all we ate that was different. I’ve stopped here about once every 2 months for the past 4 years & never had this problem before so I’m not sure if there is a lot of cleaning going on with the Sunday night crew , definitely seems like there’s some type of cross contamination. Employees were standing out front when I was pulling in the drive thru and went straight in the restaurant when they seen me pulling in , immediately took my order so I’m doubting that anyone washed their hands.
