We stumbled up this place on after visiting the Cape May Zoo and figured we would give it a try. To our surprise the kids meals were completely free (I think it's Monday-Thurs only) You don't see that very often nowadays, especially since Covid, and we were pleasantly surprised. I got a chicken caesar wrap and it was delicious and had some kick to it. My two kids loved their meals, a grilled cheese and chicken fingers (both came with fries). Our waitress Leanna was very sweet and attentive and we had a great experience overall. It's a golfer bar and they also sell wine, beer and liqueur to go. Would definitely go back here, we loved it.

Service was good. Food was pretty good. My kids got the fish sticks which were huge. Our crispy fish tacos were basically just fish sticks with toppings which was fine but lacked something. The bang bang shrimp was very good though. Some of the beer taps weren’t working so there was confusion about the beers but we ended up with an Always Ready and Cape May IPA. Kid-friendly, clean. We will probably be back!

This place was much better than expected: I have to admit that the scenery is not the best. The bar has a funky "country and western " vibe along with a nice view of the parking lot. However, this being said, the food and the service were good. We were given more food than we could eat and the prices were very affordable. There is a great selection of draft beers and a nice full bar. Good experience!

My fiancé and I went here while we were in town for the weekend.

When we arrived there was a line forming going into the restaurant. 20-30 minutes later we find out it wasn't a line, just a few groups were told to wait there. So the hostess never knew we were there. A waitress finally came over and told us where to go.

We decided to sit at the bar instead of wait longer for a table. We got our drinks and looked at menus, the bartender never asked us what we wanted to order after walking by us a few times, so I stopped someone else and asked if we could order and she said your waitress will be with you shortly. Not sure why I would need a waitress when the bartender is here. Never seen that before.

The server finally came over and we said we wanted to start with two appetizers and then when we ordered wings she said "oh you wanted those other items as apps?" Yes that's why we said we wanted to start with these appetizers.

Needless to say 15-20 min went by and we got our apps. Which were very delicious.

Another 20 minutes went by and the gentleman that ordered his food the same time we did got his 3 to go boxes of food and left and we still didn't get our food.

I asked the waitress how much longer and she said it's going to be awhile they're really backed up in the kitchen so we cancelled our...

Waited for a table (which is fine). While waiting, watched several empty tables just sit there- I understand, obviously busy. However, in my experience hostess would help speed up a table turnover (especially while on a wait). Sat down finally at the table we watched sit dirty for 20 minutes. Waitress took our entire order at one time, understood we had to wait. Never asked how our food turned out, never took away our app/salad/soup plates, and never offered a single refill and walked past several times. My chicken parm was completely overcooked to the point that I got tired of waiting for the server to ask me how my food turned out and left my husband inside to pay the bill because I am severely annoyed.

My husband grew up in this town and recommended we eat here, and he could even tell the place is not “like he is used to.” I’m not a Karen, don’t intend to disrespect an establishment and am very cognizant of the fact that the shore is busy this time of year. Hoping this constructive but necessary criticism is taken with appreciation and would be glad to change my review if I ever...
