Tyler Speedway Diner — Restaurant in Middlebourne

Our waitress is very nice we sat at a table. Gave this place 2 chances. The first time the cook walked out of the restroom (I was waiting outside). I go in and no t.p. then today we go in for breakfast. My husband got his food 10 mins before me. He was done eating by the time I got mine. I get my food and it's cold. And I'm not exaggerating. Literally cold. I got eggs bacon hashbrowns toast and bacon. All of it cold. Toast was cold when buttered too. All around bad experience both times I've been there. This restaurant doesn't serve people of color! What a disappointment and how shocking since Jim Crow laws should no longer be in effect. My job occupation is OTR Truck Driver operating as a Team. Today while I was getting dressed to enter behind my Co-Driver the lady came to the front entrance and told him a family emergency arised so the restaurant was closing down at 9am. He returned to the truck and 10 minutes later 1 vehicle pulled up two Caucasian males went inside to be served. Does the owner of this establishment know that patrons are being discriminated against due to the color of their skin...

While sitting at the table top, i watch the waitress bring back two cheeseburger that were suppose to be just hamburgers and just scraped the cheese off/ drench them in ketchup and reserve them........and then i ordered the twisty fries with cheese, well when i walked in there were some just sitting in the fryer basket, i watched the cook just drop them back into the fryer to i guess reheat them, i looked at her and said excuse me but you can throw them out and cook some fresh one....oh the look i got...
