This little place performed a big (delicious) job for us. Serving 60 people at our son's wedding rehearsal supper and coming all the way from MT to PA to do it is no easy feat. For $178.08 at the Middleburg Subway, we were able to serve our guests with 12 ft of subs. Club (ham, turkey and roast beef), roast beef and turkey were the 3 meat flavors along with Provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and spinach. A serrated bread knife worked well to cut the desired size and flavor per guest. (Worked better when we served). After which they had the following options to finish up their sub: olives, jalapeños, onions, peppers; southwest, sweet onion and ranch sauces; packets of mayonnaise, mustard and Italian dressing. The bread was braided wheat and white. It was just enough for 60 people! A few came for seconds. If we had known. ....we would have ordered 3 ft more. Root beer floats were served for dessert.
