Be prepared for a huge disappointment at the new location!
First let's start at the time I pulled into the parking lot there were 7 cars in front of me waiting to place and order. About 6 cars behind me after I pulled in. Get to the menu board and tried to place and order. The guy said any of the box deals they don't have.
So after waiting over 30 minutes to even get to the speaker they don't have half the menu items. I would have driven out long before I even got to the speaker because of the long wait.
But poor designed parking lot or planed designed poorly for a reason. Once you pull into the parking lot you are trapped. No drive around nothing.
If I ever go again and I highly doubt it. I will place my order and time the amount of time it took from the speaker to my truck. Then I will sit there and eat it at the window.
So I guess I could have made a lot of people mad that I am sure are all ready mad.
45 minutes from placing my order to paying for it with no way to leave. So if I go and you are behind me....plan on a long wait before I let you out.
Prices at all Taco Bells have went out of control and size got smaller. A large fries from McDonalds won't fit in the NEW MINNI NACHO BELL GRANDE which means HUGE, LARGE, BIG? What? Please!. $7.49 I think...As far as I am concerned TACO BELL HAS PRICED THEMSELVES OUT OF BUSINESS !
This location is all new replacement for the old one downtown Middlebury. All I can say it was extremely disappointing to say the least...been there done that! I will drive 17 miles north again to Three Rivers, Michigan or 16 miles to the one on CR...

The guy who was at the drive-thru was very nice! He saw that I was hesitating in ordering and asked me what I was looking for and then made suggestions. I even asked him if he thought one burrito was enough and he gave me his advice! He was very engaging at the window. I liked him so much that I tipped him. I was traveling from out of town. The only issue I had was there was some sort of oil on the burritos I ordered. I ate the first one and it gave me diarrhea. The second one I didn't eat until I was home and I pulled off the greasy part of the burrito and there was no problem after I ate it. I just didn't understand why there was this greasy stuff on both burritos. I did like the burritos though! I just thought the customer service was more than I expected! Thank you for making...

This Taco Bell has been getting a lot of unjust hate in the reviews from hangry and rude customers. The workers here are human and we all make mistakes believe it or not. I know that the people leaving these reviews make mistakes as well, it’s bound to happen. While it is inconvenient they do try to fix it and make it right. I’ve need there many times when the lobby and drive thru are packed full and it takes a long time to make food. People can only do so much at one time. I love the food here it’s very good, and the workers here are so nice! The manager always makes sure if there is an issue that it gets fixed and you get your food, etc. It’s a nice environment and always kept clean and the service is great as well. This Taco Bell is better than many others...
