The woman there is should never interact with humans. She is rude and racist. When I walked in she did not acknowledge me until I finally said "Excuse me" and asked if I could use the restrooms she said it's for customers only. No problem I'll purchase something or order food. She responded "you shouldn't have to buy something to use the bathroom." I told her I didn't mind and completely understood. She rolled her eyes, walked away, took a call, did something, and turns to me and says "I don't know what to tell you, those are the rules." Not reacting to her attitude, I nicely said "yes, I understand I will order something to go right now." She said, again with her attitude, "No! Forget it!" and turned away. I would not have eaten whatever I ordered anyways. That place is so dirty and the food smelled horrible. Bless the person that walks into this hole...

I have been buying food from these folks since they had a pizza place in Hartford going back 20 years. The pies are great the grinders are great. Many here in town or those traveling through do not know this, I apologize if I'm speaking out of turn, I was there a block away. The reason they moved to Middlefield is because where they were and where I also had a business is one of the worst armed robbery areas in CT. Every business got robbed up there. In their case the robbery turned into a murder of one of their employees right in front of them by Black male thug. So if they may have a little animocity toward certain people they have a very valid reason. No one is forcing you to go there. Most of the negative post's were during the fake panemic which caused undo stress on all resturaunts. They have always been nothing...

It's a pizza tragedy. Middlefield pizza has been through several owners over the 50 years I've lived in this town, so I havent always been a fan, but I was craving pizza today and ordered a spinach, roasted pepper and ricotta pizza. I took a bite of the 1st piece without really looking at it and soon realized that I was chewing on something that just wouldn't disintegrate. I looked at my pizza and realized it was a stem from the spinach. I looked closer to discover that the spinach is frozen and these hard stem pieces were all over it. I ended up having to spit out quite a bit. Also, I was tasting vinegar and I realized the roasted red peppers are the cheap kind that come in a can. I'm seriously considering just throwing it all away. I know nobody else in my family will eat this. I am truly and utterly...
