I just spent $76 here and will never, ever order here again and will make sure to spread the word that if you are unsatisfied in any way, don't bother calling to tell them, in hope of them fixing it. I was actually hung up on when I called to tell them that the Chicago deep dish pizza I ordered was totally inedible. I tried to pick up a slice and all of the toppings fell right off and the pizza was actually swimming in a pool of water. Now I know there are fresh tomatoes on it but there's absolutely no excuse for a pizza to be so soggy that it's dripping in water. I told the girl on the phone this and she said " That's how Chicago deep dish is supposed to be." No, it's really not. I said I've had it before and never was it so soggy, like sopping wet dish rag, in all my experience. She then said "Well, we're fast food." Really??? I've never even had fast food that pitiful. I then said I wanted to talk to the manager and she hung up on me. Is this how you treat customers? I've worked at a few pizza shops in my day and let me tell you the right response to a customer: "I'm sorry it was like that, let us take it off your bill or send you some kind of huge coupons." I would never argue with the customer, trying to convince them that that's the way it is and then hang up on them. That deep dish of disgust was almost $18. And then to be hung up on? Read moreWe bought a xooker voucher, $60 worth of food, I asked the one who I placed the order with if there is any issues or if they will honor it, they said yes , so I placed an order, my significant other drives from Wexford to butler to get the order, I gave them her number to call, upon arrival she is informed xooker isn't paying businesses and was offered a discount instead, we already paid $30 for this, I was working so I couldn't speak to anyone, the one i ordered with denied agreeing to accept the xooker voucher and upon calling in when I was finally finished with my day to talk with the owner, he informed me suddenly he would accept it, but the moment my wife arrived to get it, it was a different story and I was informed the one who took the order was never informed about the company not accepting those vouchers, that's a poor level of communication, and with the price of gas and driving 40 minutes or more to get an order , and being told an entire different story, not only do I have to contact xooker but this is just bad communication and service all around at the expense of the customer, so PSA don't try to use a xooker...
Read moreMiss the old owners! This place is not even close to what it used to be! Placed an order for pickup tonight. We asked that one the the two orders of wings be cooked hard fried. Not only were they far from well done, but they were pink and raw on the inside! Same with the second order of wings - not even cooked all the way. Also ordered the Margarita pizza. According to the menu, this pizza boasts fresh basil and two kinds of cheese. Got the pizza and not only was it thin on the cheeses, but it had very sparsely sprinkled DRIED basil - not fresh! And the tomatoes where gigantic chunks. We called to complain. Most business owners would be eager to make it right. Instead this owner made lousy excuses about how they prepare their food and wished he’d have given my husband his cell number so he could send him pictures! Did he not know what the food that leaves his restaurant looks like? Used to be our local go-to....
