Panini Pízza Co. — Restaurant in Middleton

We ordered a large cheese and a large pepperoni pizza and then a large meat lovers pizza. Now they have a special for a LG cheese and a LG pepperoni for 27.99 because we didn't say special they charged us as individual pizzas. We then ordered a LG meat lovers which should have been 20.99, we had a 30.00 credit from the time before when everything was cold when it arrived. So the price of 27.99 + 20.99=48.99 they supposedly deducted the 30.00 so we should have paid 18.99 plus tax and delivery. They charged us another 35.00 where it should have been $20.00 I called she was very rude and ended where she hung up on me. I want everyone to know that instead of letting there customers know this they will stick it to you. THEY LOST OUR BUSINESS AND HOPEFULLY EVERYONE IN MIDDLETON They hopefully will not be in business long if they treat there customers like this. There are much better pizza places to eat and paninis is not one of those I RATE THEM WITH A GREAT BIG NEGATIVE 0 Paula Evans

True customer service is letting your customers know this when they order but we don't have to worry about that anymore because you have lost us as a customer. And don't worry about that either because I will let everyone know how you treat your customers. You need to learn how to spell...

EDIT: i have to update this review years later to let people know about what i’ve been addicted to here. if you order a chicken caesar wrap(i recommend on wheat), you can ask for them to use the panini press on it and it comes out magical. it crisps up the wrap perfectly, and all the flavors meld together. it costs just under $10 and is the perfect amount to eat for lunch that still fills you up. keep in mind that it does make the lettuce hot when you ask for it this way, but if you don’t mind that you will love it. Mayra and her staff are great, i’ve been coming here for years now, and i see her treat all her customers like family. the pizza is Italian/NY style and better quality than all the Greek spots close by.

original: i came here today, and really enjoyed it. the restaurant is clean, has plenty of tables, and is relaxing to eat at. the staff is friendly, and bring the food to your table when it’s ready. i had the chicken kabob salad and thought it was excellent. generous portion of well seasoned, tender chicken served over lettuce, plenty of tomatoes, cucumbers, pitted olives, onions, peppers, feta, and carrots. all the produce was super fresh. it comes with pita which was good as well. i will definitely be back......

First off lets start by saying that the food is actually pretty good. I ordered 2 pizzas and 1 order of fries and they told me 20 minutes. After 25 minutes I went to pick them up and my pizzas were both ready but, I was told it would be about 5 minutesfor the fries. No problem. 35 minutes later they put the fries in the fryer. At this point I had waited long enough and the delivery driver had returned and left 3 times so I said I would take my money back. At that point the guy behind the counter said he could throw the pizza back in so I said ok and his manager stopped him and rudely asked "what is the problem with your pizza?" I said I didnt want to spend 34 dollars on pizza that was an hour old. At that point he angrily handed me back my money. And immediately started serving the next customer. Normally in a situation like that you can easily retain a customer by knocking 5 bucks off or saying "hey next pizza is on us". Not even an "I am sorry" I place the exact same order at a place down the street and had it in 15 minutes. I am guessing since I laid with my card and they gave me cash back that they will be collecting the tip I had written in. I WILL NEVER EAT...
