My experience at Dr .Nicks office is and has always been exceptional. When I first moved to North Andover 11 years ago I had a dentist break my jaw in the process of removing a molar and I thought I’d never want to see a dentist again. I went to another new dentist after that and thought his office was good. I then ended up at Dr. Nicks office while searching for a new dentist that took my new dental insurance and found Middleton Dental Office couldn’t be more happy I have had a lot of dental work done at Dr. Nicks office , multiple crowns , fillings and a tooth removal , bone graph and partial dental plate. Dr Nick is so gental with needles and all that he did to make me feel self assured after knowing what had previously happened to me. State of the art equipment to do everything he needs to do to help his patients. Yesterday I had Josselyn do my cleaning and she has always done my cleaning. She always does a fantastic job love her. She is sweet and kind and gentle love that about her. She is also very diligent about telling me how my overall oral health is when I see her best hygienist I have ever had in my life. I have had hygienist that would bring you right out of the chair while cleaning your teeth believe me when I say she is great. I have had Dr .Kramer as well for an emergency crown and my husband has her and he and I lover her too. Very kind and gentle as well. She is very good at what she does too. I just love the whole staff from people who answer the phone to the dentist themselves. I have never had a better dental assistant than Marissa she is the best I have ever had I have said it before can’t rave enough about her care of patients especially when you have had painful extraction and bone graphs. Dr. Nick as a dentist is the best I have had I have a beautiful smile because of all the work he has done . All my front teeth and more have been done by Dr.Nick as well as other work he has done a fantastic job I would highly recommend him or anyone on his team. Love love love his whole office. Can’t say enough great things about them all.

I was back at Dr. Nicks office yesterday as I wrote in the post above I couldn’t say it any better. They are absolutely the bomb. Today I want to say a thank you to all the front staff that greet you when you come in, call and leave. They are wonderful as well anything I’ve asked of them mailing receipts for last year taxes even letting me know the out of pocket costs because they color code them. So grateful that they always accommodate when I call. I run my own company so I understand all to well how valuable customer service means to any business or office these days especially in the midst of a pandemic . When I left the dentist office I went to before I was so upset because he was a really nice guy who always explained everything he was going to do etc. I asked if he could take my new insurance he said no he didn’t want to accept that insurance because my husband changed companies and didn’t have delta insurance anymore. I didn’t know what I was going to do. I think now he did me a favor because he didn’t have the equipment or state of the art facility that Dr Nick has built his business into being. I have had to have a lot of work done that needed that special equipment. I found out a lot of dentist won’t carry Aultis Dental Insurance because of what the coverage entails compared to other insurance companies. Dr Nick informed me he has a lot of patients with Altus , so glad he decided to carry it in his office. You have no idea how much I appreciate it. My husband goes to Dr Kramer he loves her too. I have had Dr Kramer when I have had to have an emergency crown done and she was fabulous too. No matter the situation this office has you covered believe me they are worth all this praise. I have never written a review unless the business really deserved it. I never have written any this long . That in of itself should tell you how great all these people are at...

In the process of having one tooth whitened with bonding,2 teeth next to it were chipped; one of the chipped teeth was the back of a front tooth. The other chipped tooth was the front of my tooth and was to the right of the tooth being bonded and whitened. I had to go to the dentist about 7 or 8 times to have the original tooth getting bonded reshaped and smoothed over. I’m the process the other two teeth were chipped. The dentist working on my teeth ruined two other teeth in the process. These teeth now need to be smoothed or; that’s the back of my front tooth, and the other chipped tooth will need to have the bonding replaced as my tooth will become discolored now. This dentist needs to stop doing any kind of bonding on teeth. I’m very dissatisfied with the results. Two of my teeth are ruined and now need to be fixed. By a different dentist. I spent way over a year and numerous visits to one tooth whitened. On top of that 6 months ago when I was having my teeth cleaned, the same dentist came in the middle of my cleaning to look at the tooth she was working on. The person cleaning my teeth then did not clean my top yet th ; because she was interrupted mud cleaning. I told her she didn’t clean my top teeth. She said she did. But I know when my teeth are being cleaned by the instruments in my mouth. I asked for a different person to clean my teeth for my next appointment ) months later which was last month snd she cleaned top and bottom. But the dentist working on the bonding did a terrible time consuming job. Zero stars. But this won’t post...

They answered my questions thoroughly, returned my calls promptly, and made the scheduling process seamless—even accommodating me as a new patient.

Celina and was absolutely wonderful professional, kind, and genuinely caring. She took the time to thoroughly examine my teeth, listen to my concerns, and ensure I felt comfortable throughout my visit.
