Wawa — Restaurant in Middletown Township

Normally have a very good experience at this location. However, tonight while waiting in line, an employee named Sue cut in front of me so she could be rang out first. She acknowledged that she saw me, didn't care and proceeded to let herself be rung out.

The cashier, Makai was great, attentive and cheerful. In fact, the reason this isn't a 1 star review is because I can recognize jze good employees from the bad ones. He almost salvaged the experience until I went to the food pick up area. They were dealing with a customer who's food was either taken or was not properly prepared. I waited patientily while they spoke to this customer, and the woman making sandwiches was kind of rude toward the kid. After finishing with him, she outright ignored me while I was trying to get her attention to get my completed order.

I'm very disappointed ted in my trip today because of the total lack of self awareness of the rmoyeez no worked in retail and not even bothering to acknowledge your customers is a bad...

The worse WaWa in Middletown. The women behind the food counter are so rude and are too busy yapping it up amongst each other, they forget they have a job to do. This happens a lot at this location. I waited over 10 minutes for my egg sandwich, when it was done they didn't even call out the order number. It wasn't even too busy at that time (only two people waiting behind me on a rainy Sunday). They just left it sitting on the inside edge of the pickup counter where I couldn't even reach for it. They saw me standing there, but their conversation about the ex-husband was just too important. Horrible service for such average-quality food. The other Wawa by rt 35 is much better service-wise...

Wawa on route 36 in Middletown it's tops in my book I was faithfully a Dunkin' Donuts customer for over 35 years ever since I had Wawa coffee and a sandwich I never had a fresher cup of coffee at any franchise and they have me as a full-time customer at least twice a day they employees on the most pleasant people I ever came across their friendly always there to help you tonight and always will smile more than I can say about all the companies so think twice before you go somewhere else and pardon my typing it's not the best .have fun God...
