Peppers Bar — Restaurant in Midland

I am not quite sure why this restaurant within the Midland International Airport has such a low rating. The ground beef taco salad I got was very reasonably priced at $16, the portion size was very large, and it tasted pretty decent especially if you keep in mind it’s airport food. There is plenty of seating in there including booths with charging ports even though it looks super gloomy and outdated. I been working since Tuesday night tired and sleepy. Went to this restaurant ordered a beer it was warm. Told bartender about it for in attitude. Then I was going to order some Chile con queso and she never said she heard me . I asked her if she got my order and she answered in a very rude way that the lady next to me even heard. Deborah, bless her heart, was in a mood today. She was disrespectful and rude to numerous of her patrons. I witnessed her refuse to make a drink for one customer due to her being lazy and not wanting to make the drink. Her response to him was "we don't have any of the ingredients to make that drink, none of them"... in fact they did have all the ingredients, she was just not wanting to take a couple of minutes to make the drink with a fully packed bar.
