Subway — Restaurant in Midland

Went in and they were extremely busy but we were told to take a seat and grab a drink while we wait since they had a really big order they were working on but they would be right with us shortly after we sat down a lady came in with a couple kids and was told same as us she left being rude and talking badly. Well we waited a few minutes maybe 5 and then the subway employee told us go ahead come up we're done and can help you now. They apologized for the wait and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. They asked several times if there's was anything else we needed and verified that our order was correct. I want to thank them for being so courteous and helpful. For going above and beyond to do thier job and get us all we needed. It's so nice to have such a pleasant experience in times like these. They are hard working people that actually do thier job and care about customers and I applaud them. Thanks again to the 2 gentleman and 1 lady working at subway!!!! Got our meal and are totally satisfied and with hope that there are still people in the world like them. Hope to see more situations...

Today 4/20/25 at about 5:50-6:15 pm went in to get some subs. I've been to this location before and the man there is usually very slow and unfocused. However on top of that today, the girl who served us did few red flags things. Firstly, outwardly asked if we went to church for Easter, and asked if I believed in Jesus. As a person who's worked in retail for years, that is completely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. She then proceeded to take her ear phones out with her gloves on and continued using the same gloves to prepare our food. After we moved to the man, she started talking to the people behind us, who she knew. She proceeded to talk about her personal life and her boyfriend, swearing the whole time, and admitted to day drinking and drink a "buzzball" at work to those people. It took us about 30 minutes to get 4 subs made in an empty store because they were talking with the people she knew and not focusing at all. A very unprofessional environment, and I can assume with her admitting to being at least buzzed at work, that they are not sanitary or clean... I'll...

I dont know his name but i went and got a sub last night around 9:30 . And usually i always go and staff is all slow and just playing around well anyways lastnight i went and got a teriyaki foot long sandwich. And usually i get home and the chicken is still cold so i asked him to heat my chicken by itself he said sure he went on and put it in the grill then he brought the chicken back out i said can you toast my bread with the cheese on it so he asked would u like me to put the chicken on it and toast it all together I said yes thinking to myself (this is going to be the best sandwich and its not going to be cold ) i got home and indeed it was the best sandwich ever . The chicken was not cold the vegetables where fresh it was the most perfect sandwich ever ... thinking about it i want...
