I was going to this subway 2-3 times a week. Until last week I backed off. The customer service was absolutely awful. First of all the young lady who started fixing my subs had her lips poked out a half mile. I tried to soften the mood with her and the last straw was when she slammed the sun bread on the counter. I asked her not to slam my bread like that. She said she does all the bread like that. Clearly a lie because she didn't do the next customer bread like that. I mistakenly got the wrong coupon last week and it was a problem with her Her attitude stinks something terrible. I asked her to let the other young lady finish my sub, she had a problem with that and said she can refuse my money. I said oh well, after she stopped making the next customer sub hurried over to the register, I told her she needs to go back to training for customer service training. She got mad and said she will be glad when she doesn't have to come out here to work in Midway because she was the manager and was going to another store, I told her I would be glad to. Then I heard her on the phone with the person named Shawn who I know as the manager telling lies 😡 about the situation. I went to my vehicle to get my phone so that I could take a picture so everyone would see this person. She said she was quitting and walked out. I thought she was leaving so I got in my vehicle and proceeded to back out. I didn't know she was behind me, she's short and my vehicle is very high. She started screaming I wish you would back over me, I'm like what??? I didn't even see her she said she got my tag, I said good now go to class for customer service. I've been going to flying J and pilot for years and never encountered a worst person. Be aware of you see this young lady. I have a 1 ⭐ because the other young lady was polite and courteous. Then get mad when I told her not to touch my subs anymore. You can't handle my food any kind of way. I hope she does leave Midway. Thank you for the...
Read moreWhat’s worse than the food is the employees attitudes. I ordered some sandwiches. My mistake was I should’ve walked away when I saw one of the ladies tuck her braids into her bonnet and proceeded to put her gloves on without washing her hands. The other employee put his gloves on without washing his hands and then pulled his pants up and proceeded to start making the sandwiches. When my kids bit into their sub they knew something wasn’t right. The tomatoes tasted old and honestly they didn’t feel comfortable eating them. When I opened mine there was a hair in the wrapper. I immediately when back inside and asked for my money back. That’s when the sass started. They didn’t give me a receipt and I told them that and the lady said “you’re supposed to grab it off the machine” I told her she’s supposed to hand it to me and she immediately started raising her voice. I told them about themselves and their them not washing their hands and she had the nerve to say “you’ll be alright” what a joke of an establishment. Don’t waste your time...
Read moreCame into the location with the lady already talking to a previous customer about how she didn't mess up his sandwich but customer clearly stated that she had made a mistake and the lady still try to ring up sandwich even though informed. After realizing she made the mistake she ended up just scooping the stuff off the very same sandwich and handing it back to him Like it was normal. I was leaning close to the antibacterial glass lady asked why I was doing it I informed her that it was so she could hear me better she said that wasn't necessary but still got my order wrong when she didn't hear me clearly say I wanted extra cheese. I don't know who that gold tooth lady name is Please be aware that you have hired somebody that's not holding up to Subway standards. In every single person behind that Subway counter seem to have had some type of attitude or issue when dealing with each and every customer That we saw in the 5-10 minutes we were...
