Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Midwest City

I work by 15th & post rd Sonic. I ordered 9 corn dogs 1 evening on my 15 min break & all 9 were NOT fresh. I couldn’t take them back & got stuck with them. The next time I ordered 2 large drinks in the app, ALWAYS 1/2 price. So not knowing they stopped doing the 1/2 off I pay $8 for these. CANT YALL GIVE A WARMNING FOR THOSE OF US THAT DONT WATCH TV. PUT IT ON THE APP. MAKE IT KNOWN. APP IS SO FRUSTRATING ANYWAYS!!! The last incident happened last night. I ordered 2 large drinks, one a strawberry slush, and the other of vanilla Coke. I take them into work and I’m told immediately oh my gosh the slush is so watered down. I said really that’s funny because my vanilla Coke taste like diet and sure enough it was Coke zero and I wasn’t getting screwed on these I thought. So I go back tell them something is wrong with it diet blah blah blah they give me another one. It taste identical maybe a little more vanilla that time. And I call him back. I said I just need a new drink cause I don’t know what’s wrong with y’all‘s Coke but something’s wrong just give me a vanilla Dr Pepper. I threw it in the trash because I don’t know if it’s the vanilla was rotten. I don’t know what was the problem but I could not go back again and I couldn’t wait anymore for a good drink. I don’t know what is wrong with that sonic but y’all have issues and now I will be going to 711 and using their nasty fountain machine because y’all need some new management...

Got the best service tonight! I havent eaten at sonic in 10 years. I am typically a very healthy person and dont like to eat fast food very much. I got home late and I said "What the hey!" I was craving this sandwhich that I used to eat after I got out of school back in highschool. So I go to sonic to order and what do you know? THEY DONT HAVE THE SANDWHICH. Im like dude... this sucks, thats the ONLY thing I wanted from here. So I take my chance and ask the attendant if he remembered a sandwhich with an onion ring an bbq sauce. And he said "I know exactly what youre talking about. I just need to make a few modifications." My order turned out absolutley perfect. Everything i was craving. Came fast and it was just a really nice overall experience. Im not sure if I am hyping this up to much because I was starving and I have only gotten 2 hours of sleep in over 24 hours so im so tired. But honestly just wanted to say Thanks to this sonic for making my hunger and tiredness a little easier on me tonight. I...

Looks as tho they have poorly trainned staff that do not know how to work their hot dog machine so they threw it on the grill and burned side of it which would be ok if they would of cleaned off the grill but now my chilli cheese dog partically taste like bacon, egg, and cheese burreto that my GFs mother bought with my order so cross contamination is a HUGE issue at places like these that require NOT to use gloves. I blame management because they are either the ones that trained their staff like this or they arent focused enough in the company to handle. I'm have to eat it because im poor like this so I can have to have my full faith in a company and only assume that its not going to give me food poisoning but i still wonder if they cant cook a hot dog, something easy, how can they cook chicken, something that requires alot more skill and is very susceptible to...
