White Buffalo coffee Bar — Restaurant in Midwest City

Cashier at the 15th street location (didn't get her name unfortunately) was very kind and considerate. The morning I went (oct 18 2024 around 6am), the oven was having a minor issue and burritos couldn't be cooked but I wanted to take a moment and say she did a wonderful job staying professional despite the circumstances and stress (my understanding is that this is a popular coffee stand). The circumstances weren't ideal but I am impressed with her kind attitude and quick thinking (offering to make a protein bowl instead so I wouldn't have to wait for a malfunctioning oven, no extra charge). My Dad and I stopped by to grab coffee on the way to work. We weren't expecting to wait 30 minutes for two cups of coffee. Ended up ordering online, then we were stuck there. We were looking at the menu online, since it was our first visit. W nt ahead and ordered that way. When we ordered we had only been waiting 7 mins. Saw the employee break my straw through the window but didn’t realize it was split in half until I went to go drink my drink and then to my surprise there was a huge piece of mold in the ice. I work at a job that isn’t great and this was how I started off my day so you can tell how the rest of my day went without caffeine.😞 also as someone who used to be a manager at a fast food place we would clean the ice machine out every week…not sure when they cleaned last if I got a chunk of mold....
