Benny's Pizza — Restaurant in Milan

The bacon cheeseburger pizza was really good as we're the cheesesticks and Buffalo chips. We didn't like the blue cheese dressing with the Buffalo chips, and wish they had more cheese on them. But, that bacon cheeseburger pizza...a definite must try. You have to order at the counter and then wait 10 minutes or so for your 2 pitchers of drinks to be delivered...seemed a little excessive, but they were kind of busy when we got there. My biggest problem was that after getting towards the end, I saw a big drip of water fall from the vent above our table directly into our pitcher of beer....now I'm wondering how long this has been happening...let an employee know and they offered another pitcher of beer, but we were getting close to done with this one and weren't going to be there long enough for another. And her last comment about the water was "that happens when it's hot out"....... if they know about it, then don't allow seating at that table..... it was gross. I ordered a pizza to go on Sunday July 26 2020. The pizza was just over $30. I left a $20 tip. The pizza was fantastic. The service was the worst ever. No protective anything on any of the employees. Probably didn't matter much because they were too busy on their cell phones to even acknowledge there was a customer in their midst (I was the only customer). 2 girls at the checkout at least gave me enough attention for me to sign my receipt. Then when I was ready to leave I told them all to have a good night. Not one person even responded to me with anything as they were still glued to their cell phones! Don't these people understand that they have cell phones because they have a job and that job is because of customers??? I will certainly not need to spend my money there again. Many other pizza...

I have a condition called diverticulitis it's easier to state that it's an allergy, upon my visit tonight I ran into a young lady named Madison she went through everything with me bent over backwards I'm very limited on things I can eat and help give me a new list of items I can eat and create my own pizzas I was so appreciative she was absolutely wonderful! You can put together everything make your own whatever I do the bacon cheeseburger pizza because the pickles are on the side and I can tolerate it I just want to send a shout out to her and Benny's Pizza in general along with the crew tonight they went...
