Blake's Lotaburger — Restaurant in Milan

Blake's Lottaburger in Milan use to be really good, the quality of the food was amazing, the service was on par. Now, it seems the quality as went down hill. The service is aweful. I would always get a double meat lotta combo with green chili and regular french fries. The bun was over toasted, the meat was cooked to the point it crumbled, the french fries where way under cooked. The quality of the toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion) where like they where the bottom of the bin. Lettuce wasn't crispy, it was wilted and had some browning. The tomato was so mushy I had to remove it, the onion was slimy. I ordered Green chili, and I hardly received any, litterly 4 tiny pieces. My wife's burger was under cooked, looked almost raw in the middle. Fries where old, and under cooked. We use to get breakfast burritos a couple times a week but have stopped completely. They are nothing from what they use to be. Mostly a giant portion or under cooked hash browns with some egg, one piece of burnt bacon. Over loaded with greasy melted cheese, and a tiny bit of green chili sauce. It may just be this location in particular, but to me it speaks for the company as a whole. To me it's sad to see, and to taste. What was once a New Mexico, (my personal) favorite had clearly takes short cuts, or just flat out stopped caring about the quality of their food, and the way they treat...

We were from out of state. We were on the road all day long. We pulled up to lotaburger in grants NM. The place looked closed. We saw a sing on the window that day. “Sorry we are close. But it was 7:05 pm Thursday July 13th 2023. We sat in our vehicle for a minute talking about where to eat. The we saw three employees pop out from the back kitchen area and move to the counter area. So we checked the door. It wasn’t locked. So we walked in. The employees looked confused, almost stoned. The young man with the black rose tattoo on his neck. Was looking down at the counter. He seemed out of it. My friend asked him if he was okay. Then he stuttered a bit while looking still at the counter and said. “Aw… we were thinking about closing.” We were surprised, but decided to leave, because it just seemed they didn’t want to work.

So we jumped into our vehicle and drove down the rest of the strip to see what else was available to eat. We didn’t see anything on that end we wanted. So we turned around and went back towards lotaburger. As we drove by again. I noticed people were getting served by the lotaburger crew we just got denied service from.

I feel like the owner needs to have a talk with his employees about being good employees and doing their job.

Went in about 10 til nine had a call in order went to pick up order assumed it was correct got home and order was wrong so I called in and let them know that I ordered two double itsa combos large with bacon and green Chile they told me to go ahead and bring them in and they would fix them so I returned and “had them fixed “ waited about 25 minutes for TWO burgers then as I was waiting they were asking questions about how they were supposed to be made so I told them what goes on what and all that got my order after 5 more minutes checked them before leaving were still wrong so I just let them know that I was missing cheese on one my bacon on the other (after 3 times they asked ) she added cold un melted cheese to one couldn’t get my bacon seeing how I was there for a while already going to be late for work I just told her to leave it she offered me two brownies “for the mix up “ they were also rock hard I’m just really frustrated and disappointed I have never had that experience from...
