Great food and ice cream! Cakes are excellent and the service is exceptional. The staff is always attentive, helpful and smiling - this is NOT your typical "fast food joint". It's more like "faster food". They even bring your order to your table!

Its very clean, and ALWAYS busy! Clearly its a big hit with the locals and its easy to see why.

Some notes: ° Excellent fries - WAY better than the competition. ° They have 2 Coca-Cola Freestyle soda machines which can make almost any drink flavors you can imagine (including diet/no cal options). ° A fully stocked display freezer of ice cream cakes for that quick "grab and go" celebration option. ° cakes can be ordered in advance and custom decorated, including transferring your supplied photo to the top of the cake! Again, they're eager to please and really helpful with helping you to decide what would be best. ° owners are on site and clearly take pride in their business and always very actively involved - a sure sign of a well run restaurant.

Went through the drive thru last night with the kids. It was very busy, with the line backed up on to the street. It moved along rather quickly. We ordered, got our food and parked. Initially it appeared we were short a burger and fries. I went in and told the manager on duty. He didn't hesitate a second to apologize and rectify the mistake. After returning to the car. We found the burger we thought was missing. So just the fry was short. I returned inside again and told him of my error. I took out a twenty to pay for the extra burger I had now received. He stated that was not necessary. I thanked him and said to put the $20 in the tip jar for the crew. And he did so. We will definitely return to this location many times more...

I work nearby and go here often for lunch. The past two times I have gone there has been long black hairs in the food. I always order ranch on the side and there was a black hair in it. Last order was made without BBQ sauce when I asked for it, and when I brought it back they were very rude and did not want to fix it. Disappointed

8/30/2022: update: The family who owns it called me and sent me a small gift card to make up for the hair in the food. Today I went and there was hair in the food again. I took a picture and told them and was told I was a liar because “none of the chefs have black hair”. Was told that pictures can be altered and it only happens to me. The pictures are below. I will never go here again they...
