Line is all the way outside mb the lockers, yet there is ONLY one customer representative serving more than 19 people who are waiting! The usps should be closed! What a disgrace! There are 5 windows all of them are empty . Where are the workers?? This is how people go out of business. SMH

You will stand in line for at least 2 hours for any kind of service except for money orders smh! 1 agent for a whole line sometimes 35+ people waiting! While in other city 5 agents just standing there have nothing to do… we are black but we do pay taxes like every other cities

Read moreVery seldom do I go out of my way to leave a bad review anywhere, but after the service myself and the party I was with received today, I absolutely have to. If I could leave 0 stars, I would
Upon arrival of the restaurant, there were 0 staff anywhere near the entrance of the restaurant to greet/seat customers. I walked myself to the patio where my reservation was. Other people in my party were told to “just take a seat anywhere” without being led to the reserved table or even asked about reservations made. Even more so, as I proceeded to walk to the patio area, any staff member I did eventually see, turned or looked away, avoiding any contact, as if they couldn’t be bothered.
We were not offered any kind of drink menu to start off with. We ordered our drinks and appetizers, and then our food. They did for sure come in a timely manner, everything was made and presented well, outside of the pitchers of sangria, that tasted very much so watered down and with discolored/overly ripe fruits thrown in. When it came time to pay the tab, we were alarmed at the price of the pitchers of sangria ordered. We were told that we needed to understand the area that we were in and that we shouldn’t have an issue with the drink as it was “top shelf” and “we shouldn’t be able to walk straight 2 glasses” while we were all clearly fine, and the pitcher was empty. He followed up with saying that “we needed to understand we weren’t in Newark and that if those are the prices we’re are comparing it to, we are comparing their products to something watered down.” Mario Lavecchia refused to provide any kind of a drink menu to justify said prices or said ingredients that were claimed to be “top shelf”, nor did he have any reason to assume we were from Newark to say such a thing. The $700 tab was paid for prior to any discrepancy we made to begin with. I’ve never been met with such reluctance or audacity from management or waitstaff at any establishment before and will not be returning...
Read moreI had high hopes for this place. I have dined here a few times with my hubby for a quick bite afterwork, even had a night with the girls here when my cousin came into town. The food and service was good until today.
My husband and I came here for lunch today. We ended up walking out. There's a sign upon entering stating wait to be seated. After standing for a minute, a waiter walks up and says sit where you'd like and we do. About 3 minutes go by, no one comes up to greet us and we still have no menus. 2 minutes later, a gentleman slides menus on our table without saying a word.
A other couple seats themselves after we arrived. Mind you, my husband and I were there about 5 minutes now without being greeted. The couple that sat right behind us is greeted first once the waiter appears. I wait a few seconds to see if the waiter will stop at our table since we were there before the couple greeted before us, not even an acknowledgement. At this point, I turn to my husband and we both agree to get up and leave.
As we head to our car, my husband suggests we speak to a manager. We go back into the building, voiced this concern to a different gentleman who was nice enough to ask us to sit and he would take care of this, but the damage was already done. My co-worker gave me a gift certificate for my birthday to this place as I shared with her how much my husband and I enjoyed this place. Upon sharing my experience with the gentleman, I took that gift certificate out of my purse, ripped it up and left it at the hostess or should I say "host-less" station as I no longer have a desire to come back after today's lack of service. Not to mention....it was not crowded, at all.
The point of this message, ensure you have a hostess and you address patrons in a...
