Roccos Doughnut Company — Restaurant in Millbury

I ordered a donut platter a day in advance of a small gathering over the phone. The phone worker was completely untrained on how to take an order and I had to ask many questions just so the worker would have enough information to put the order through. The worker also gave me a pickup time 2 hours after the store closed. I called back after realizing this information and spoke with a different worker who tried to hang up on me twice before the interaction was over. That worker did however confirm for me that the order would be at the store and ready for the new pickup time at noon. When I showed up this morning the store was closed up entirely and sold out. I called the westboro location and was told after a few phone calls that the order was never even written down in the first place and that there were no donuts at either location. If I had known this was the case I could have showed up a few hours ago to scrap...

Been going here since it open and usually come every weekend and have loved their donuts and still do. But for the past 4 weeks now they have been really skimping on the strawberry glaze on their fruity pebbles donuts...it's like they barely dip the tops at all ... and there's way to much dough to glaze to dough ratio to the point that you can't even eat half the donut. Not trying to spend 4 dollars a donut when there barely put any glaze on it....donuts are nothing like they were when I first start buying them and they had the glaze coming down the sides of the donut, not just barely dipped on top. I honestly didn't even want to say anything but this is literally the 4th weekend in a row where they really been skimping with...

Was excited to grab some donuts but disappointed with the taste & consistency this morning. Bought a box of four (Maple Bacon, Boston Creme, Fluffernutter, & Blueberry Almond Crunch) and tried a few bites of three (of the four) to start. They were definitely bigger than your average donut but a bit dry. The Boston creme was overflowing on one side which left the other half without filling, so my first few bites were pretty much a chocolate covered donut. Fluffernutter was ok, but I wish there was more PB to offset the marshmallow. Blueberry Almond Crunch was pretty good - typical cake donut but the topping was pretty tasty. Saving the Maple Bacon for last as that’s usually my fav, hope it’s still as good...
