Update #4: Sunday, 10/8/23. Wouldn't it be better to just close the store than have 3 teenagers working there that constantly complain? It was 3pm. "I can't believe there's ANOTHER car in the drive thru, this is ridiculous" says the longer-haired boy. I had a mobile order and after waiting in the normal line because it didn't seem like anyone was working on it, the short-haired boy with the dark glasses ignored me, then finally started it 10 minutes after i placed the order. People behind me in line left. These kids need some training in customer service! Update #3::: 23 minutes in the drive thru line ( 4 cars in front of me) and my order was given to someone else and i got a salad. I noticed before I drove away and they remade my order. My burger was perfect because i order it AS IS from the menu, but my son doesn't like cheese and he doesn't like mayo. So on the 3rd attempt it was finally made correctly. 30 minutes we were there. How hard is it for people to read the details of the mobile order? If you don't want to offer variations from the normal menu listings, then DON'T!!! THE APP LET'S YOU REMOVE THE CHEESE AND MAYO BUT THE WORKERS DONT WANT TO. I took the 2nd wrong burger with me as compensation.... but still not happy. 1st update: My former review of a 4* is being changed to a 1! My app wasn't working. You only get a good deal here if you use the app! I told "Rebbekka" this and she apologized. I ordered food and it was more than I wanted to spend. Just got 2 Frostys for my kids. The 50c deal was over... She apologized again. I left unhappy and drove away to find my app working and guess what? 50c Frostys with the app!!! I'm not sure when I'll return as I really dislike being RIPPED OFF. Your employees seem to think it's just fine. Apparently, I'm an adult so what's difference between $3.18 and $1.06 to me? It's a BIG difference!!! Go ahead and rip other people off. I'll get my food elsewhere. Update Jan. 2020: Still one star! I ordered 2 items and they got one of them wrong. Read moreCan I have my 1 star back and still leave a review! This place was horrible from the moment we walked in. We placed our breakfast order, had time to use the restroom and come back to still wait with hardly any customers in the drive thru and one other couple already in the lobby! Can’t believe the couple even decided to stay in the lobby because nothing about this place was clean. Restrooms look like they have not been cleaned in over a month. My BF reports back that the men’s room looks like a mechanics sink…black! 🤢 No toilet paper in the ladies room (one stall). Who washes their hands. Took a few minutes to get the auto soap dispenser to work. I wonder if an employee would try as hard or just walk away! Also, we both watched an employee making a sandwich with gloves on and then she picks up her phone to text. Goes back to the sandwich in the same gloves, opening the sandwich to discard the cheese she put on it and then rewrap it. She takes off the gloves and leaves the food order there to get cold while she picks up her device again and heads to the back office or drive thru window area. Return to put on new gloves and just return to the same order while we still wait. Asked to speak to a manager and she was standing there allowing all this to happen. After speaking to this manager who argues back that her employee IS properly trained…asked if we would like to speak to her BOSS. The general manager’s reply was no better, actually the exact same response. Maybe we should have asked for the owner!? We ended up requesting a refund! Read moreI have been a long time customer of Wendy's. We have been to different locations all over the country. Basically they are all the same...yet this location was nasty dirty to begin with. The Door handles were sticky. The bathroom was disgusting...you could tell the bathrooms have not been cleaned in a couple of days. When ordering the guy at the counter took our order and decided that we were getting everything on our burgers. As I interrupted and said please may I tell you what I would like on my sandwich ? I am allergic to veggies. So mustard and ketchup only please. He even repeated that back...we then walked to the coke machine to pour our drinks. The coke and other pop brands were caked all over the dispenser. Made my stomach turn. So went to find a table to sit....none of we're cleaned off and the booth had food all over it. I looked around and every table was dirty. The dividers were nasty...dried ketchup and sauces all over them. Grease prints to say the least, I had to cover the table with napkins in order to eat. Upon opening our bags...chicken nuggets were stone cold and looked to be about three hours old. Our fries we cold as well. And then the burger...my burger was overloaded with veggies. Remember I am allergic? We took it back and they made us a new one. One of the best Wendy's burgers I have ever had. It was fresh and hot! Wonderful!
