Up until today I would have recommended this place. As a great family Business that's around the conrner from our house , myself & my son's as well as my Family & Friend's, has been patronizing TWO Cousins Pizza for the last ten years. The young man that they have delivering for them is the worst. Very disrespectful, untrained "Delivery boy", non mannerable. Young man, I've ever met. And due to the fact that he did not receive a tip. He stands outside of my Home which is in the Millersville area. As he Begin Raising his voice calling me broke. do to his behavior, He didn't deserve a tip. I am a single mother with 2 son's who work and go to school, I am a caregiver ,Business Owner myself that cares for my disabled mother. Recovering from 2 strokes, and has triggers to people banging on our door.. We hold down our Family ! So for this Disrespectful young man to be made to feel he can just speak to myself or any woman the way he did , As he delivers to people's homes with the representation of 2 cousins pizza., As well as believe not to apologize for actions or behavior ,On top / aside from his personal feelings !, "You are here to do a service, "!!! and if your establishment does not charge for delivery, the owner already let me know that is a option to "TIP" !! The young man bangs on the door the 1st time I tipped him. The first time requested that he do not Bang on my door . he said. "Yes Alright",! He ask for a tip ,I gave him one . The second time I order , He bangs on the door again. I asked him we had a conversation, he says yes but he's" required to Bang on the door "! So asked him when I have a doorbell ? As we (him & I )had a conversation and I asked you not to Bang on my door and you said OK is that correct? He then says yes. Then looks at me & says So you gonna give me a tip? To whence I told the young man. "No", so then he got a Hype raising his voice why even Order if you Broke !! All of this in front of my door because he could not get a "TIP" do to his lack of respect .This establishment has women and young women that run The phone's as well as the front register when you walk in. So if this is a family owned establishment. How is it that you're training a young man to disrespect women? Nor are they made to apologize to the woman when she comes into You're establishment. The other owner in all fairness did apologize on the phone. But I came into the store. Because he was not the one that disrespected me. Read moreI'm editing my review because of the attitude my husband received while placing an order for Take Out. The individual who picked up the phone at round 8:06pm to receive our take out order was unbelievably rude and just lost our business. While we do like the food, this individual was incredibly rude. As my husband ordered, he had an annoyed tone saying "What else?" after everything my husband ordered (which was a meat lovers pizza and chicken wings). He then told my husband "Well it'll be within the next few minutes because we close at 9," my husband apologized informing him that the hours on the internet said 11pm of which this jerk then responded "Well that's the internet. It's New Year's Eve and everyone is closing early. Other places closed at 2 and we are closing at 9.Give me 10 minutes." Before hanging up the phone. There was no excuse to speak to a customer like that at all. It is not the customer's fault that you close at 9pm and not 2pm like everyone else. There was definitely a more professional way to speaking to a customer, informing them of your holiday hours. Most people do check the internet for hours. My husband was apologetic and yet he still jumped down his throat for placing a take out order 6 minutes after 8pm. I can certainly say that after tonight we will not be ordering from Two Cousins again....
Read moreI bragged to my fiancé about this place when we moved back to the area, we would order just about every week, we would share a cheesesteak. I enjoyed my half as I always do, however my lady found a big long hair in her food, she called and the response was just “bring the half with hair and other half in and we will remake it” what would that solve, like I said my half was good but was I suppose to just summon it from my stomach to bring back in for a redo? Not a refund but a redo? Her appetite was ruined after that. Lost service forever and I will make sure I deter others I know from this location. Shoutout to a lot of the staff because they work hard and put in work at that location but whoever was in charge that day doesn’t know how to make some things right.
