Used to come here every Saturday my family was one of the very first customers they had when opened went out of my way to make post about how good the food was and the lady had a young son would help clean tables we would always slide him 5 bucks for working so hard as a child fast forward sometime goes by as I said we ate here every Saturday most days first pep in the door as we work on weekends so we appreciate them being open 7am ....we come in for breakfast one day and the cooks were having an off day ..food wasn't right ...we asked to be redone and brought all to table at 1 time not half the meal the 10 mins later other half the meal .....needless to say after asking for the food to be fixed they did and we thought nothing of it ...upon paying our ticket the lady comes out tells us we are no longer aloud to return ..after we was great to these people tipped good made post on social media telling pep go there and try them after being loyal everysingle week customers ...sometimes 2 times per week it's just sad that in the beginning when they were not known off they were greatful for the business and very nice to us and made sure our food was great ....1 mistake on there behalf and we simply asked to get a fresh plate and they loose all integrity of being a business owner and insted of just accepting sometimes u gotta fix things if not right the lady chose to be unprofessional and un appreciative of the customers that ate there from day 1 ...food is great the pep that worked there were nice never had 1 problem except that 1 day food wasn't right...I would have paid any amount of money to had my plate re made if she felt it was wasted money I do not care about the money its fact she was totally wrong and unprofessional when a simple mistake was made on there behalf and then act as if we were wrong for asking for fresh plate ...I should have just caused a big deal about it but there loss I will think twice before helping new businesses to spread there name after this and I hope they never come into my business for any reason because like they did my family we will ask them not to return I'm sure my business loss will not hurt them any but carma will and its sad once they make a Lil money and Lil name for them selfs they treat there loyal customers this way over a 10 dollar Plate of food when we tipped great spent 50 to 60 every visit sometimes 80 to 100 if we had the kids ...hopefully they rethink how they deal with simple mistakes vs tell customers don't come back when asked to make the food...
Read moreTrash and lies. My wife and I had lunch there today and she ordered a club sandwich.. It comes with cheddar cheese. She didn’t want cheddar cheese she wanted Swiss cheese on it. The kitchen staff refused to remove the cheddar cheese and put Swiss cheese on it instead my wife just ordered it without cheese. they told the server that they pre-make all of the club sandwiches and they just absolutely couldn’t take the cheese off. But they could take the cheddar cheese off and make the sandwich. I was a chef for 20 years in high-end restaurants. Telling someone that you can’t remove a piece of cheese from a sandwich is lazy and pretentious and basically the kitchen staff just has an axe to grind with the public. I used to come here three or four times a month. I won’t be back until they sale the place to new ownership. Read moreMy husband and I come at least twice a month after church. They serve breakfast late and hubby loves their pancakes. The staff is always friendly. The food is average. What I don't like are the options. I like their omelets but I can't eat the bread, toast or potatoes that automatically come with the omelets. Yet Im still charged for them. We are tired of paying for things we don't want. This morning I just asked if I could have tomato slices in place of bread. I was still charged extra for tomato slices in addition to paying for the bread that I never get. Now the bread or biscuits are $3.44 separate on the menu. Tomatoes are 1/2 that . Plus we were charged extra for a 2nd syrup. That's ridiculous. If a restaurant that we have supported for a few years now is going to be so petty and refuses to accommodate to some minor dietary requests than we have chosen to quit supporting there restaurant.
