I placed an order in the App, Drive Thru option. I followed directions and checked in when I got to the parking lot. Told the employee at the speaker I had an app order and had checked in. I was then told I had to go inside. Apparently the manager set the policy that all app orders must come inside to pick up, despite drive thru as an option to select. This Taco Johns has really gone downhill the last couple years. Everytime I get potato oles they are nasty. Like overcooked and the grease they cook them in tastes old and stale. My wife ended up with food poisoning from here tonight as well. The people working in the back were LITERALLY seen taking dabs ( smoking pot ) in the kitchen from the drive up window.
