So I place another order online call up again, manager Janae answers phone kept interuppting me and stated "well you have to wait for it to go thru!" Started raising her voice after I stated she was rude. Then I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. I then called GM next day, Julia Arnold and instead of tryi g to make this right she defends manager and starts being rude and interrupts too! Then she hung up on me. I've yet to get a credit ..
