Dunkin' — Restaurant in Milton

The woman, who I assume is the manager, is extremely rude! She is very impatient and short when she is taking orders. She has a very unpleasant demeanor. I try to avoid this location at all cost, even going out of my way to get coffee and breakfast someplace else.

The other day I stopped by this location o get something for my daughter before she started school. After the gentleman gave me my order, I told him that I ordered 2 hash Browns. This woman, who was standing behind him, yelled in an angry tone that I did not order 2 hashbrowns. (She was the one that took my order). She continued by swearing and yelling at the gentleman giving me my order. The gentleman apologized. I told him it was not his fault, but this manager didn't need to be so rude and swear at the customers and her staff. If she doesn't like her job so much, then she should leave. I'll continue to boycott as much as possible, but every time I do go back, she is...

Yesterday I went in and ordered a large frozen coffee with cookies and cream with two pumps of vanilla bean. When I got my coffee and took a sip I noticed that it tasted funny then as it melted I noticed that it was a different color from the other times that I ordered the exact same coffee. When it was fully melted I noticed that the crew member that made my coffee was made black with creamer in it at all... I would gone back and told them that my coffee was made wrong but I was at work and it was a bit busy at where I work and I had no time to go and tell them that they had made my coffee wrong... I would do the survey but I didn't...

Worst experience this morning.. learn how to prepare for a busy day. First off, they were out of donut boxes so my donuts were stacked into muffin boxes.. so when my children got to grab their donuts all the frosting was stuck to the bottom of other donuts. And secondly, I asked for a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant.. and received an English muffin instead. Third with the amount of time I waited for my food, it should've been hot. The hash browns I ordered with my sandwich were cold while my sandwich was hot. Horrible, I am very much displeased...
