Red Zone Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Milton

Did not have a good experience and it seems like staff could care less Sat ourselves at a table and was greeted by our server a few moments later. Ordered a round of drinks while we looked at the menu being it was our first time there Server states she would be back with a rag to wipe off the table so when she came back with our drinks, she left the rag for us to clean our own table? Ordered our appetizer Mac and cheese bites which were ok. Food was dropped off without utensils or plates? I asked our server for plates a few minutes later and she never came back with them We ordered steak quesadillas and 2 philly cheesesteak sandwiches - one as a wrap and the other as a sandwich. The menu states philly cheesesteak with peppers and cheese however we got a philly steak patty with cheese and mushrooms. Mushrooms were not on the menu and we have a food allergy. Brought both back up to be remade. The server brought back the new sandwiches and said the kitchen has a different menu to cook off of. I didn’t know philly cheesesteak was a patty. Not what we expected and was just not what we wanted. Also the wrap that was sent back came back without the peppers. It was just steak and cheese? When the server came back to the table she asked if I wanted another round and I said yes but we never got it. At this point we asked for our bill paid and left. Will not be...

Went there quite a few times for trivia nights... a good mixed crowd. Clean place. Sports bar, dinner table atmosphere. Everyone has their nose in their phone sending/receiving text messages... etc...etc. Thought it was trivia night, not see who can Google the answer the fastest night. Makes the atmosphere kinda MEH. Week after week after week all summer the same team wins. That's fine. Not the bar's fault. I'm not as smart as the internet. Tried the food various times here and there... MEH. I've seen sparrows eat more. Soooooo... this was a while back though. Have seen and heard the bar's up for sale... new ownership... a few times... new management... etc... etc... maybe this time to that time this person owns it, or that person bought it back or??? I dunno? On the in between of all that, each time... we would make reservations or call to pick up fish. Just terrible. I dunno what was worse; the wait, service, food,...

Will never go to the Red Zone again. Went for a fish fry with three other couples. Two of couples in the group received their food as the other two did not. The waiter continued to apologize for the food not coming out but no food. A group of eight were sitting at a table next to us and ordered their food after us. They ate and left before we even got our food. I finally told the waiter to forget our order. He then came back and said it was ready. I told him to forget it and left. I asked one of the couples that got their fish fry how the food was and they said it was over cooked and hard. They said they ate it because they were hungry. I do not recommend this...
