Food wasn't the best, very cooked, well past the point it needed to bee. Even the onion rings...had a spaghetti width petrified onion inside the breaded part, instead of the normal slice of onion. Hot dog was half frozen...not sure HOW they managed that one. Next awesomeness they displayed was slathering said hotdog in ketchup 😑 no. I simply asked for "NO KETCHUP & Mustard only. Let my partner eat that abomination. So I ordered a small, 2 scoop cup of red raspberry ice cream. No whip, no cherry PLEASE. Y'all she must be. Dislectic or something bcuz I got the opposite of my order and charged extra for the unwanted whip and cherries? I practiced my woooooosahhhhhhhh like they taught me & when I felt grounded I turned around to let her know my expectations but apparently it was the end of her shift and "buh bye babygurllllll!" was the last thing I heard her say before she was long gone This ain't worth it yallly. Obviously they hire h.s Kids who can't add or subtract yet. Plus the food isn't worth the triple...

I loved going here as a child (20 yrs ago). I was sadly disappointed on this visit. I got kiddie whoppie pie to go. 1st of all I didn't realize you do not get to chose whether or not you get a cone when it's to go. I was handed a fit in my hand cup with a lid that closed. Last time I was here (3 yrs ago) a kiddie did not fit in your hand it was a struggle to finish the monster size cone. This time I didn't finish it because it tasted more like cookies and cream rather than whoppie pie. So not only the size wasn't what it used to be but the flavor wasn't there as well plus the price was 3.25 for a kiddie. No thanks. I will pass next time I want to experience my favorite...

Went for ice cream, not pleased at all. No prices posted. Hubby got a hot fudge sundae. It was ok. I ordered a small chocolate, it wasn’t in a cone, when it came, it was in a tiny little dish. Maybe 1 scoop. I got to car and opened it, it was all full of white ice crystals. We paid close to $10 for this. I took mine back and got a refund of $3.28. Told her they’re going to lose business.
