Milton Town Beach — Attraction in Milton

This is usually my favorite lake/beach to swim in. The sand and water are normally very well-maintained. Recently it has become very over-crowded. I also noticed the beach is littered with dog feces. I tried to ignore it and have a good time, but the feces covered the volleyball court and picnic area, following the trail all the way up to the stairs. It was impossible to enjoy my day at the beach this time when all I could smell was dog feces. I am extremely disappointed, since the signage for the beach says "no pets". Someone needs to make sure these rules are followed since I paid for my stay at the beach and it was ruined. Whoever is bringing their dogs...

Nice beach, great for kids and family. Would have been great to have at least one trash receptacle there, but there were none. Too bad, because there is a fee for using the beach and/or parking. The bathroom facilities were good and there were also port-a-potties available close by as well. The grounds could have been a little cleaner, discarded food and broken glass, but that's on the people who visit the beach. Not much monitoring from the staff. Still a good...

A great family beach with a nice playground right at the entrance. Water temp wasn't too cold, nice sandy beach with a gentle grade into the water creating plenty of room to play. Picnic tables in the shaded wooded area. And there's even a little burger place right next to entrance that opens for lunch (during summertime at least).
