Center Street Fish Market — Restaurant in Milwaukee

Ive patronized this establishment for years & even have shared the good food items I’ve tasted since new ownership. It’s sad that I have to give such a report about how AWE-FULLY DISTASTEFUL their HOSPITALITY is EVERY-TIME I’ve visited them. I thought it was me‼️Infact the last time I patronized them, i spent over $100 in 1 setting (hospitality was BAD / NEGATIVE that day). There was only 1 lady working who MESSED up orders & when brought to their attention, there was NO COMPASSION. That was the day I said NO MORE will they get my biz.

TODAY, some women from my church wanted their food. Altho I didn’t, I kept QUIET about my experiences THINKIN it was PROBABLY ME TRIPPIN. But when I tell you the OWNER attitude was HORRIBLE. So bad that THEY SAID…. LETS GO. I DONT know the owner or any of the staff. I pray GOD CHANGE their heart, attitude ESPECIALLY if they expect their business to be successful. I see why the other staff demeanor was like it was……. It’s a reflection of the owner….

You can have thee best food yet service is HORRIBLE.

HOSPITALITY is KEY to BUILDING an SUCCESSFUL BRAND OR BUSINESS‼️.

Hoping y’all’s better in a community that could stand to see...

The worst customer service ever. I’m I have been going to this place since a kid, but now under new management they are disrespectful and refuse service but then when asking for money back she then wanted me to give me my food. Who wants food after someone refuses service and then she called the police to on me with my daughter in the car. The police got there and asked for money back or fresh food and was about to give her a disorderly conduct ticket, but the other officer came and brought me the food. I’m a black working man and never been a felon and only deal with black own, but not this place anymore. This cashier was also rude to the customer who defended me during the time and was denying them their food and stated they was help me. The $40 food was also made poorly and refused to feed my family. That’s okay though I went to another black owned restaurant and even though I paid more the respect was worth it. I order the cheeseburger plate. It came with two cheeseburgers and fries. I can not eat French fries 🤕 because of the potassium. It is 🚫 dangerous to my well being. So I asked if I could substitute the lady said a hard no‼️ Then she went on to say how the other sides cost more. Ok I can see & read. Then she said if I don’t get the fries they will still charge me $14.95 plus tax’s. Then gone say I can buy a side for $4.95. Why would I pay for some $1.95 French fries I’m not paying for something I am getting 🤔 Like I’m tipping them for rude service. She could of deducted the $1.95 from the $4.95 and had me pay the difference. But no she was to busy being rude and hostile. They should of gave a discount with them dry A double hockey sticks 🤦🏾‍♀️ bland cheeseburgers bread was soggy😱. Then I had more bag then fries they was under cooked. She was bragging that she was cashiering and cooking at the Samertine I hope she washed her darn hands. Pure waste of...
