Well, hear me out. It's good food and I think you should try their Italian beef sandwich. I dont particularly like the overall experience and it's not going to be my go to Italian beef spot but it definitely has a unique place. I gave it 4 stars because I think the food is good, cheap and the portions are impressive.

Although it is true you can get a sandwich for a similar price at Glorioso's which is significantly better in quality, I still think this place provides a unique take on Italian Beef.

I got the Italian Beef sandwich lightly dipped and with Nacho cheese (I know). It was surprisingly good. I could tell the quality of the beef wasn't the best but to me, this is part of the experience and the taste. I think you should try it. I can't vouch for any other menu item.

We waited less than 5 minutes. Service wasn't welcoming but alright. Just alright. You speak through bullet-proof glass speaker (which I totally understand, workers' safety is important)

Im a local wish I could rate it a zero. Been coming to this location for over 20 Years. Management is horrible now. I spent $40 dollars to be cursed at and treated very rudely by this woman. I was very annoyed and in disbelief that this has happened to me. I did inform her that I would follow up with corporate which she insisted nothing would be done because this isn't her first time being nasty to customers. I honestly believe she was under the influence of drugs because I did nothing to her for her to behave so rudely and Irate. She became Irate because she couldn't get my order right. Remind you I payed $40 for 4 Italian beef sandwiches. Another lady rudely tried to take my recipe back in order to get my food that was paid for. Discussing behavior I will not be returning to this location after this in Counter. The manager allowed this horrible behavior as he Stood in the back in didn't correct this behavior from his rude disscussing...

This place has a variety of great sandwiches appetizers, snacks finger foods you name it they got you I specifically had the gyro which was as big as the pita itself loaded with me and vegetables, if you're in town and looking to try some new things this is definitely the place to be... I also tried a turkey sub from this place it was excellentit's not in the best of areas but the customer service friendliness made up for that from the outside you would never expect what you get on the inside the food was tasteful and I can say I would definitely be back again without a doubt give it a shot, what do you have to lose :-) my sister tried the Italian beef and she had no complaints on that either like I said before there are lots of things worth the try you just have to get by...
