I ordered $50 worth of food about a week ago and the lady taking my order put everything in right. My boyfriend went to pick up the order and when he got home i checked and one of the pizzas had missing toppings that we PAID for. I called back and the lady was VERY nice about it. She apologized and told me she would put me down for a free two topping Large pizza. She then asked me to create a 4 digit pin number that i would remember so when i call back in they can look it up. I called today to make another order and thought id take advantage of the free pizza. I also wanted to add other items to my order that i would be paying for. The lady answered the phone rude as hell to start off. I then told her about the free pizza i was promised and she said she only saw that i had 2 free toppings not the actual pizza. I told her thats not what i was told and asked to speak to a manager. Shirl the manager or so she says then hopped on the phone and very sarcasticly told me that they never give out free pizzas and that the lady who told me that had been working there for 20 years and she doubts its true. Basically calling me a lier. I told her that i was ordering other items as well trying to insure her that i wasnt trying get over on them. She still wasnt going for it so i asked her "for future reference if im told something by an employee should i not believe it? " she replied " no you should ask a manager". I then said " so basically dont belive your employess?" Again she stated that i should request a manager. I ask her how does that work for a buisness and she basically told me thats her final answer no free pizza for thier F* up. Im really upset especially because i loveeee their food and being 38 weeks pregnant i was really craving some food but i refuse to give them service any longer. I might have understood if both of their attutudes were better but they SUCKED. I was given an "oh well" response everytime. Sooooo done!!!
UPDATE: To the owners response to say that i just wanted a free pizza. Yes thats true because thats what i was told. Not sure if you realize but the response you just left only shows that your customer service skills suck. I dont know how you guys have been in buissness for as long as you have. To everyone else if your looking for good pizza followed by AMAZING customer service and a company that holds their employees accountable for mistakes that they made andddddd for the same price order from Rosaties. We enjoy your food, service and location, times are tough, not everyone is satisfied, but that's life, things happen, that's where both parties have to agree on some equation of satisfaction, keep up the good work! We know it's hard at times and things and people don't see eye to eye, but just please work out what needs working out and keep doing what works, appreciate your offers and your desire too please all who order from you, we are blessed to be able to order out at times being on a low income, things changed, it's not quite the same anymore with some places, they cut corners or take short cuts, stay involved and connected with the people and community, we are old school, we go back when you were Golden chicken many years ago, Wayne was involved to a degree, but He believed in fairness, you are doing the same, it's hard to please some today, when one makes a mistake by accident should not define a restaurants future or their values, we need patience and forgiveness when something unfortunate happens, it's not on purpose!! I have never seen a sign saying we had to pay for parmesan cheese until today and maybe I was wrong couldāve overlooked it, by their way too many customers who agreed the sign wasnāt there. Even if the sign was there just simply say this is our policy not just flip off throwing receipts.. So I was jokingly saying well I should at least get 5 packages for free seeing as I am spending $60. Which itās not their fault I chose to spend my money here but I expect better customer service when youāre running a business. Not ā well I aināt losing my job because customers always want something for freeā then proceeded to throw my receipt. Cherly proceeded to be rude to the point I said Iām sorry if I upset you but you donāt have to be rude. I work in customer service and this is not the way to handle things if your customer is just giving feedback take it into consideration. It took for another customer to agree with me and paid for my cheese packages which I didnāt want I was joking around like dang cheer up.. Normally when we come customer service is not that bad. I will never shop here again and I will definitely make sure my mom stops spending her money here..
