They have very poor customer service. After trying to return as a customer after several years of not ordering from the restaurant I asked the employee to tell me whats on the menu what comes with what. I ordered mozzarella stix and enough that marina sauce should have come with it to my knowledge. Or at least to be offered it. I called because there wasnt an itemized reciept or menu or sauce and I couldnt imagine eating mozzarella stix without sauce. They refused to deliver the sauce saying it was busy I actually was going to pay for it but i was told they were too busy. I had apent my money and was spending more money and you cant offer an apology and bring me the sauce. Instead you brag about being owner for years and how you cant get a bad review. The food wasn't even good. They need to take ownership for their mistakes. The employee should have explained sauce waa extra after being told I had no menu and needed her to explain. There was no excuse to behave that way. Terrible service smug snobby attitude. Never again! Spwnd your money at a place with decent customer service reps and owners that take ownership...

Our church has a yearly New Years Eve Watch Service, and we decided to order chicken for the service, tonfeed out guest church. We ordered and paid for 175 pieces; at a cost of $260.00. The chicken arrived, it was not the same quality as I'm use to. The chicken was extremely dark in color, it appeared over fried, there were feathers on the chicken. Additionally pieces were very, very small specially the wings and thighs. I called the manager today to discuss the quality of our order and our extreme dissatisfaction. The manager informed me: "we can't control the size of the chicken as it comes in a bag." He further stated he prepared the order and "it looked okay to me." Additionally, he was argumentative with me, and unreasonable. I explained that we would not order from Golden Chicken again and his response was "okay." Needless to say, I remain disappointed and continue to lose faith in restaurants who have no concern for their customers and/or customer...

Not only was the bag dripping w grease, the fish was old & a grayish color! It was so hard it cracked like a potato chip! The fries were nasty & cold & a few had a green tint to it! š„“ I called the store the line was busy, so I called the delivery guy he stated that he was walking in & would have the manager call me, which he never did. I eventually called to the store & spoke w a manager who refused to give me his name, replace or refund my food! He was rude & disrespectful & hung up in my face. I contacted DNS / PROPERTY SEARCH the guy that owns the building said he has nothing to do w the restaurant. I have made contact with 6 news investigates. You selling old seafood, old food in our neighborhood to our people then being rude too! I have receipts & pics!!!...
