Just experienced Tom's for the first time at Hartfest in Wauwatosa. Hands down the best BBQ I have had in the greater Milwaukee area. I'd say I am picky with BBQ, being from Texas, and I had lost faith in the north for producing the succulent meat that they make in the south, but WOW. This. Is. It. The meat had a beautiful smoke ring, and the brisket fell apart like butter. I didn't have to use a knife once during my meal. Now the saying goes good BBQ doesn't need a sauce, and I agree. This definitely did not need it; however, it just took the meal to a whole new level. It was the perfect combination of spice, sweetness, and vinegar to level it out. We also had the coleslaw (delicious) and mac and cheese (the kiddo loved). Not a bad thing on the platter. It felt like this was a limited selection due to it being a festival, but I would absolutely love to see what else Tom can produce. I finally found a taste of home up north, THANK YOU! 2nd Visit Update: Consistency is key, 2nd visit and brisket was the exact same quality. Corn bread is a must. It's dense and stays together but not dry at all. Hint of sweetness to it. Honestly might be my favorite out of the three I've had (im DYING to try the beans!). Also took a picture this time before I devoured it all 🤣

I had a loaded potato with brisket with a side of Mama's Mac and Corn Bread. Everything was so delicious, and look at the portion! The potato was made perfectly with the perfect amount of flavor and toppings. The brisket was so tender and flavorful! The mac & cheese was made perfectly, not dry at all! And the corn bread, mmmyummmm! I was never a big fan of corn bread, but the sweetness and moistness of this corn bread make it so addicting! **chef's kiss**

not the first time we’ve ordered from Tom’s Smokehouse and will definitely not be the last! we ordered a brisket dinner, a pulled pork dinner, and the yakitori chicken. everything was so flavorful, and smoked/cooked to perfection. the cornbread is super moist and the mac-n-cheese was amazing. service is great and they provide a very generous amount of each item. would definitely recommend!

WOW!! If you aren't up for cooking dinner and looking for something delicious, check out Tom's Smokehouse. He does NOT disappoint! The food is absolutely delicious and will have you searching for more. The first time I bought this, it didn't make it to dinner - it was GONE before the sun even thought about setting. The brisket melts in your mouth, the cornbread is slap-yo mama good, and the rest perfectly sides with the meal. Tom and Mary are truly sweethearts and takes "Service with a smile" to a new level along with all the others at Tom's Smokehouse. Good people, good food... I definitely and highly recommend. Thank You Tom's Smokehouse for introducing this deliciousness to...

Discovered Tom's Smokehouse at Sahale Ale Works In Grafton Wi. Tom and Mary truly bring their unique flavor of Texas Style to their Items. All is outstanding and memorable From the Brisket, to the pulled pork down to the addicting corn bread. On top of the meats they have these wonderful made from scratch sauces that are not to be missed. Execution is top tier. I wanted to take a moment to mention the most important detail, The quality of the meats, as well as the highest level of service. Several times they have been out to Sahale Ale Works they...
