I ordered the 20 piece whole wing got my food opened and went to sit down and eat and found a piece of hair fried into one of the piece of chicken I called right away the guy that answered was rude and told me he would the owner my number to call me back he never called back and when I called back I was told that was impossible to have hair in my chicken and if it was mines. If it was my hair it wouldn’t be fried into the chicken with cooking grease on it sorry it would be a fresh piece of hair just laying on the chicken but this piece of hair was stuck to the chicken with cooking grease on the hair they were very unprofessional and nothing got resolved I couldn’t even get my money back even when I told them I would return everything as it was brought to me I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM...

I just tried to order food and he was so rude like he wouldn't let me finish a word I DIDN'T EVEN FINISH ORDERING ALL THE FOOD I WANTED. He had a stank a$$ attitude from the start, like i tried to ask him what kind of frozen lemonades they had he said to name any they had it so im trying to ask someone what kind they want in the background just name one and he in my ear screaming "HELLO HELLO WHAT YOU WANT! HELLO" tf you hear me asking someone what they want. He told me the cost of what I had then screamed BYE! And hung up. Like I didn't even want $hit anymore tried to call back and cancel and he hung up on me cause he seen my number. The type of customer service is that? I liked their food but that rude bs gotta go, I never experienced someone that rude working in any type...

When I initially called the person taking my order was very short and rude. Upon receiving my delivery, I did not get what I ordered. When I called in to ask about it, the man who took my order said that he forgot to tell me the menu I had was old and he just sent out less than half of what I actually ordered, and still charged me $15 (price of the 24 piece wing) for a 16 piece wing. Also the sauces I requested were not with the order. I was told "next time you call we can give you a free lemonade or something, bro". I asked to speak to a manager, and was told that this was the manager and he would give me a lemonade. .

Never going back to this place. It's sad because the food was good, but the service...
