Well, today, I was extremely impressed. The manager was very helpful. The lady that was working with her. I was very surprised and very happy to see how good of a job she did as a worker. She was pleasant cheerful remembered me from having been there once three weeks ago And complementary. She did a wonderful job of helping me choose flavoring for my coffee and then I had the opportunity to see her doing trash, work, and cleaning, and swapping out the trash. I was impressed, most people are not gonna wanna mess with trash outside when I call in the public trash domain She shook her head when she opened it cause it was a mess came back in grabbed gloves went back out and handled the mess. That alone was a great experience to see that level of care for her surroundings. The sandwich was delicious made well perfect amount of ingredients. The coffee drink with her recommendations for flavoring was delicious and she was so bummed that she couldnāt do the fancy whipped cream top with almond milk and yet the laughter was there, the joy was there, and the hard work ethic to provide a memorable experience was definitely there. Kudos to both of the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had heard of corner coffee in uptown, but didn't know there was a Camden location. My five stars are because of two simple things - the coffee was good and the team working there was even better. I was greeted by one of the owners who made good conversation and had good recommendations. I was there with a younger girl that I mentor and his interest and care for her stage of life was respectable. He asked about her future plans after high school and her career plans. It was kind of him to show care for neighborhood customers. I don't remember what the drink I got was called. It was seasonal, though. the barista thought he may have made it differently, so he brought another free drink to go. I'll come back to grab coffee or to have a meeting. I personally wouldn't unpack and work from here...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been meaning to get into Corner Coffee since they opened. Finally made it in today & wish I would have left with a much better feeling about the place. I live in the area & had plans of making it my go to spot & support a local business. I currently spend $40 a week at Starbuck's & drive out of my way to Brooklyn Park to do so.I shared this with the girl working & asked about the possibility of them offering cheese danishes. This being what I'm hooked on at Starbuck's & always have to get with my mocha. Well her response wasn't very encouraging & what they currently have for pastries isn't much. I was not thanked for the tip I left. Before leaving I thanked the girl working & got a "yeah". I had really hoped to help support this bussiness, but don't know that I will be. Feeling...
