My girlfriend and I were moving from Iowa City to Albuquerque. I'm so happy our route took us through this town. Paraiso was incredibly good food at a very reasonable price. I got the enchiladas and they were top notch. The folks inside were very friendly and welcoming, and the food was prepared in less than ten minutes which is very impressive. I don't know how often I'll be coming through Minneola, KS again, but please give these wonderful people a shot if you find yourself in the area. I'm craving the food now from hundreds of miles away!

The food here is pretty good, authentic. Good variety on the menu with homemade items. Service is fast and friendly. For a small town, this place put out good service and food. You get chips and salsa, with the salsa coming in a Tupperware pour container. It is decent, not very spicy at all and could use a little more cilantro cutting as it was kinda stringy last time.

I was driving from KS to AZ and saw this joint by accident. I stopped and picked up a taco dinner and it was perfect. The food is authentic and tasty. The steak was perfect. Although the staff lacks English - they are very polite and respectful; and that's acceptable from a Mexican restaurant to be realistic. Would love to stop there again

It was nothing fancy and after sitting there for a little while, we realized it was where the locals went to eat. They were very friendly and accommodating. The food was good, like down home cooking. We had, burgers, fries, onion rings, Philly cheese steak & chicken strips. It was all good. French fries and onion rings were really good. We were just passing thru going from La Junta, CO headed to OKC. We could not have found a better place to stop for a break and get a good meal. The prices were very reasonable. We would stop to eat again if we are ever in the...

This is located in the heart of Kansas. We were traveling and came to Minneola and saw the 5-stars and thought we would give it a try for lunch. We had the lunch specials of which I had a cheese enchilada and a Chile relleno. Overall the food is lightly seasoned and lacks the zing one might be used to in Texas, New Mexico or California Mexican Food. The cheese used in my chili relleno and enchilada was fabulous. The salsa was mild and lacked a great taste of citrus or cilantro. The chips were fresh,...
