Station Pizzeria — Restaurant in Minnetonka

First experience was stellar!! Tonight I have to say left some definite room for improvement! Thursday was packed and our server was amazing! Never had to ask for a refill and our appetizer was out right away. She was so pleasant and even though she was busy if something took a little longer than normal she explained. I serve and supervise for my job so I was impressed! Tonight there were 2 tables on the patio and 3 inside. The server we had had 1 other table. He took our drink order and brought drinks and we ordered. 3 pizzas, kids cheese pizza and an order of cheese bread for an appetizer. Almost the exact same order as the time before. Waited 20 minutes for the cheese bread which was raw and as soon as the cheese bread was dropped the pizzas came out. I ordered the mac pizza (I am trying to try different pizzas there). Even asked what he thought about it. He said it's really good just not as popular as the taco one I was contemplating. So anyways I wont be having it again. I choked down the first piece and my friend couldn't eat the one he tried. Server never asked how things were. We had to ask for refills. At the end we asked for boxes to go and they asked if we wanted one for the mac. I said oh definitely not! Was hoping for a "did you not like it or was something wrong with it?" But got nothing. At my restaurant the customer wouldn't have to pay for something they obviously didnt like or eat. I would have tried to replace it or taken it off the bill. The server still got over a 20 percent tip but didnt deserve it . I'll probably give the place another shot but hoping for another night...

The outdoor seating area is a wonderful addition, perfect for enjoying good food and pleasant weather.

Lastly, I must mention the welcoming and friendly staff. Their hospitality adds to the overall positive experience, making Station Pizza Minnetonka a must-visit. To: Update 1 Feb 2018: (From 5 to 2 stars) ...Until you go and change your menu multiple times and then get rid of ALL our favorites?!

Replace with: Caesar salads Supreme pizzas And sad customers

Read the other reviews... did any cite that they wished for more plain pepperoni pizza and the removal of all your good appetizers and salads?!

Hope this is temporary as we already have ‘fast food’ pizza places all over.

Update 2 (mid Feb): Keep Station on your short list, and give the transition some time. They have transitioned to a new owner but sounds like they will be bringing some of the old favorites back.

Beer selection = still great New ordering process = will be just fine

And if they bring some of the old favorites back, we'll raise the review again.
