We wanted to try many things, so we will have food for days 😆 - but this is good because it was delicious. They use the best ingredients, making their dough by hand and grating the cheese daily - the difference is so apparent! The crust is not greasy - you don’t even really need a napkin! The cheese sticks were fabulous but I forgot to get a picture of them (think pizza with just cheese and other deliciousness). You can add items to the beef roll; we opted not to as it was our first time. The place has been family owned for over 40 years; the family all came out to check on how we were doing and were so happy when we told them how amazing things were - they take pride in what they do and it shows!! We were on a road trip passing thru and were tired of the normal food stops on the highway. We jumped on Google Maps and looked for places out in front of us to check out. Joe's came up with 4.9 stars and we thought we'd give a try and WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED! We called in a to-go order and the guy on the phone was super courteous! When we got there the building was a cool old building and we went in and the pizza place was remodeled and very nice inside! We got there a little early and they guys working were very nice. If you're in the area, you HAVE to stop here and order a pie to go!! It's the best pizza I've ever had...not exaggerating. The family who runs this pizzeria knows how to make a good pie and isn't fooling around! They are wonderful folks and I can tell, they love what they do! They work 11 months out of the year so they can spend a month back in Italy every year.
